I know it's been a while. First, let me say thank you—truly, thank you to everyone who supported me and this story from the very beginning. I know I disappeared without a word, and I understand if that caused disappointment. For that, I'm genuinely sorry.
I won't pretend I haven't been writing other stories during my absence—because I have. Writing is in my blood, and sometimes inspiration pulls us in unexpected directions. But despite that, this novel—the one you cared about enough to read, comment on, and wait for—has never left my mind or my heart.
So I want to say this clearly: I'm coming back.
