Chapter 12 - Chapter 10-“LightRider”

July 26th 2088

Time: 10:37 p.m.

Sporting her white, battle-ready chest plate and her orange, scruffy twin buns, Olivia stares down the Great Angel before her.

"Whoa…what is that thing?" Olivia squints, her emerald eyes glimmering under their close up moon, focusing more on the Angel's structure.

Its body is covered with smooth, deep red armor that shines from head to toe. And her helmet hovers over her eyes in a mysterious manner.

"It definitely looks like an Angel..but who's to say that it really is." Olivia then scoffs before getting into stance, her hands up in boxing positions as she waits cautiously for any movement.

The Great Angel, without signal—without words; her arms produce a fleshy substance before forming into a sleek, combat lance that she hurls right at Olivia. All of this happened in an instant, while simultaneously, Olivia yells, "Whao—!". After Narrowly sidestepping the lance, Olivia begins running up quick, and the Great Angel does the same. They both drift to a stop and collide fist. Their impact sent shockwaves and heavy winds across the city.

Meanwhile, at the edge of said city near a cliff, K'yun, Juno, Kiriu, Kiriko, and Ex-Shin all plant their feet to the ground. The shockwave coming from the other side of the city blows back the surrounding trees. Yet, Kiriu, Kiriko, and Chaos Incarnate stood their ground easily.

"That must be Olivia.." Ex whispered

"How can you be so sure?" Yun asks, his question cutting through Ex's thoughts. Juno takes this opportunity to tease Shin once again. "Don't question someone about their lover Yun. Clearly he knows his girl more than we do~", a teasing smirk from Juno forces the Fiend sisters to gaze her way.

"He up there has a girlfriend?? Your friend…Ex..Shin? Was his name?" The two women asked.

"Of course he has a girlfriend. He doesn't know it yet but she's head over heels about him."

Kiriu and Kiriko leave it at that as the winds die down.

"C'mon." Ex gestures, "We're moving on." He steps forward and they rest follow.

Back on the plain grass field where Olivia lies fighting the Great Angel—she barely dodges a hook, back handsprings a sweep while popping the Angel in the chin with her foot, weaves the roundhouse, and finally, blocks a hardy left that pushes her back some feet.

The Great Angel grows her flesh-like material again to form a bladed staff as Olivia summons her a mace and shield. Wasn't long before the two came rushing.

Olivia tosses up her mace prior—she slips under the first strike, catches her mace and swings but the Angel was ready for it. She blocks Olivia's swing, misses her own, parries the shield bash, and lands a hit on Olivia's chest piece. The blow sends her airborne into buildings as screams echo and debris rains down.

"Shit, I've gotta watch out for the people." Olivia jumps back into battle with a surprise slam with her mace to the Angel's nape. The being stumbles forward and shakes her head back into attention. Afterwards, the Angel barely moves from Olivia's mace swing to her abdomen. She then thrust the blade to her staff but Olivia grinds her circular shield under it, redirecting the attack to the ground before hitting the being with an upwards swing of the mace; she lets go for a moment to deliver a wind breaking punch right on the Great Angel's sternum. The impact launches the being to a pillar while Olivia catches her mace in style.

Olivia hadn't even noticed the tall, golden pillars circling around the field. She takes a second to admire them while she can. "Can't say that these will be up for any longer.."

The Great Angel pulls the pillar up that she was resting on from the ground and chucks it at Olivia at supersonic speeds. Olivia braces herself..And with one collision, her mace crumbles the pillar. Olivia tries to run in but the Angel closes the distance faster than expected. It misses another stab, hits Olivia with the staff's rear, but gets caught with a backhanded mace hit, and then a follow-up shield bash. The Angel's unnoticed annoyance causes her free forearm to mechanically shape into an arm cannon, immediately blasting crimson colored energy at Olivia—she stands and roots her shield to the ground.

BOOM!!

The shot slides Olivia meters back, though her ground is still standing.

"That feeling of the blast just now…..did that energy come from her soul?" Olivia began to think, "It's just like what Miss Mari was talking about..tangible and moldable explosive energy that comes from the soul!! Looks like that meditation under the waterfall paid off..!!"

The Angel continues to blast nonstop. Olivia leaves her shield planted and spirals around to flank, the energy blasts from the Great Angel cratered the field many times over before Olivia closes the distance. She attempts a mace swing towards the Angel's leg but the being is somehow more reactive, she back steps Olivia's swing and..

BOOM!!

The Great Angel lands a direct shot.

Olivia flies into one of the gold pillars after skipping across the floor. Gold debris from over her descends down like an avalanche, crushing Olivia under it.

The Great Angel huffs as the battle to her is done. She stares up at the moon, hearing the cars and screams of the people distant. Afterward, the Angel's forearm transforms back to normal, and she sticks the bladed staff into the dirt before hearing a sound coming from where Olivia is. Surprised, the being's neck whips around, her eyes gaze at the crumbled pillar across. Shockingly to the Angel, Olivia laughs from under the weight.

"Hehehe..HAHAHAHAHAHA!!" With ease, Olivia pushes the gold above her off—one comes darting towards the Angel as it barely has time to react.

Olivia sees the shock and feeds off of it, smiling through this all, "What's the matter? Bet you didn't expect ME to come out, huh???" She poses in a somewhat creepy smile pointing to herself. The change is subtle, no bang, no transition, or transformation, but an alter ego.

The Ryshikigama bloodline is a special one when it comes to combat. Presumably at random, or when battle reaches a climax of some sorts—the holder of the Ryshikigama bloodline is granted a boost in power across all stats. The change is subtle, only slightly altering the behavior to a more serious and battle hungry one. However, for Olivia Ryshikigama, she hides an entirely different person inside. One very similar to her normal self. Yet this one may have some screws loose.

This bloodline activation can stack indefinitely, however the more it activates, the less of a boost a Ryshikigama will be receiving from it.

This is their generational ability: Killer Instinct

Olivia's alter ego takes the wheel fully now as she appears only centimeters away in front of the Great Angel. With an immediate gut punch, the being drags through ground and smashes into a pillar again. She couldn't stand up after her own spear almost impaled her skull, sticking through the pillar wall. "Aww mannn..I missed~" Olivia snickered insanely.

The being, with irritation, rips her spear from the pillar and rushes at Olivia with consecutive spear stabs she weaves easily.

The elbows on the Angel mechanically form rocket boosts as the attack speed increases by many times fold. Still, it's not enough. Olivia finds an opening and palms the chest, for a following front kick that shatters the Great Angel's spear, forcing her fleshy substance to bubble up and materialize a 10 foot longsword in its wake.

"You know," Olivia's ego starts, a grin from her grows larger with each word said "Your power is very similar to mine I believe. You use that fleshy thing from your body to create armor and weapons right? Well…" Her blessing; Olivia summons a greatsword in white particles and swings in a 360 degree spin, the spin sends a circular white energy slash coming from the blade that almost cleaves the Great Angel in half before Olivia throws the blade over her shoulders. "Let's see who's got it better, shall we?!"

In that same moment, Olivia vanishes at supersonic speeds and clashes with an upper slash to the Angel's downward strike. It barely holds on until Olivia breaks them apart—a one-handed slice to the legs shakily gets blocked, then the next aiming at the arms. The Great Angel tries to counter slash horizontally but Olivia playfully limbos and sweeps the being with the greatsword, lifting up and..

SLAM!!

A quarter of the city quakes as Olivia slammed down. This time, a heavy war hammer impacts the field again—and again—and again. Once again, countless civilian screams catch Olivia's attention, "Oops..hehe~ I almost forgot about the people here," Olivia backs away from the hole she hammered the Angel in, "Get up, allow me to end this properly!"

In the city, Chaos Incarnate, Kiriu, and Kiriko tremble as the ground shakes intensely. Civilians scatter around unevenly while buildings begin to collapse. Juno and K'yun were second to react, Yun carried the falling skyscrapers with a huge wall of stone, and Juno grew vines from the ground that held up multiple buildings at a time. And Ex-Shin, who was first to react, speeds through the city at top speed—accelerating 100x the speed of sound. That region of the city populates at around 3 million minimum, and Ex knows this well. He traverses through the city, meanwhile carrying pedestrians to the other side, downtown.

It took about 5 minutes to complete..But with the help of a time-based ability: Accelerate, Ex-shin had successfully moved all 2,780,655 people away from this part of the city to downtown.

Using his blessing of Space—Time, Ex is able to speed up the cells in his body without the aftereffects of rapid aging due to time distortion. This gives him heightened reflexes, increased agility, slow perception of time, and much more: like being able to think faster and regenerate rapidly. "Accelerate" is the name of this ability.

Ex-Shin starts to run towards his team after the rescue has ended. Though, when passing by a large patch of grass surrounded by cracked, golden pillars—it was if timed slowed down, but not from the use of his blessing—his peripheral unmistakably caught an emerald eyed woman in familiar lower clothing. Her albino skin, plastered with freckles as she dons a chest plate of armor and comfortable black under clothing.

There was no need to assess anymore, "Olivia!" Ex thought. He begins jogging up to her, but then he stops. He notices a wide, almost twisted grin of Olivia forming from her full lips while she spins around a pair of hook blades, striding with madness towards another destroyed pillar. Ex leans in to see who she's fighting. Shockingly, Shin spots, "An Angel?" He says in a whisper. "No..what is this thing?".

Ex watches on high alert, meanwhile both of the Great Angel's under arms mechanically form into rocket boosts once again. Slowly, they allow the Angel to rise at a slight hover…then…

ZIP!!

In a flash, the Great Angel whips behind Olivia in an attempt to shoot her point blank with her energy cannon. But Ex doesn't allow that, cause in the same moment, he boosts full speed at the being as sound around him casually breaks. Instinctively, he cleanly pulls Olivia by the waist and connects a mean right hook to the Angel's jaw, skating her towards—once again, another pillar.

Synchronized, they both say each other's names

"Olivia?"

"Shin~?"

Silence carries in the air as Ex continues to hold Olivia for a bit long before realizing how close he is. Immediately he let's go, his face burning with unseeable embarrassment. Olivia's ego grins widely as she pulls him back to her face by the collar, "Well look what the fox dragged in..Hey handsome~".

"Olivia?" Ex says nervously once more in a reassuring tone. She gently shoves Ex-Shin back and winks, "The one and only~ At least in the body. The Olivia you know by personality allowed ME to take the wheel.." Olivia then rubs her torso creepily, "So…whatd'ya think babes~??

Ex's face burns an unnoticeable blush at Olivia's nickname, but thanks to her alter ego, she notices with ease. Grinning, Shin accepts her quietly to himself with a simple line that still catches Olivia's ear, causing her full lips to form a beautiful yet unhinged smile. "I think I love her.."

"Love~???"

BOOM!!

An explosion of flesh from the Great Angel swallows the pillar around, spiraling them towards a singularity. One second, it's grotesque, the next, it's refined. The Great Angel's armor bulks up and deepens its red color.

Without warning, the being zips out of sight in sonic booms, spawning near Ex and trying for a rocket boosted punch in which he counter-slams over his shoulder while booting the thing away.

"You said you love me, didn't you, Shin.." Olivia cuts with an accusation.

"L-Love? I..uhhhh.." Shin's words fade into a nervous laugh as he finishes, "Don't ya think you're just hearing things?"

Olivia shrugs "Ehh, could be. But not this time Shin, I definitely heard you say it~"

Ex quietly and quickly turns to where the Angel was standing. Seeing it no longer there—from behind Olivia it smashes down with a hammer fist that glides by her face just centimeters away before hitting the ground. And once it did, Olivia held both hands down with only one foot propped on it.

"I love when they play hard to get-in-the-mind, you know~?" Olivia said, tapping her temple maniacally as Ex hooks the Angel's jaw, staggering her as he and Olivia readies. Olivia puts her hands up like a boxer and Ex switches to southpaw despite being right handed.

At the same time, Ex and Olivia dash in, only Shin speeds ahead and connects a fast jab to the body, lifting the Great Angel off her feet momentarily before Ex-Shin grabs the wrist and pulls her back into a left hook. Olivia appears behind the Angel and slams her hook blades, creating a cloud of dust in which they all jump out of. Olivia scrapes her weapons together and suddenly, she leaps at the being again, going for a swipe at the thighs; the Angel hops over, blocking the next with her crimson armor as she materializes a long saber and deflects the incoming up slash.

Ex-shin, from afar, watches as the two exchange, his cyan eyes set on Olivia, witnessing her savage, but graceful movements. To this, he shrugs, and in a split second, he vanishes.

Olivia parries a kick, slides under a slash, and deflects the next one incoming with a hook blade. She then attempts to cleave the Angel's legs in one swing—Instead of succeeding, the Being hops out of Olivia's reach overhead but the young woman is a step ahead already. She grapples the ankle with the hook blade and slams the Angel down. Laughing sadistically for a moment, Olivia stomps the floor, denting the soil and cracking the chest piece of the Great Angel. Olivia rests her foot there only to push the Angel across the ground slightly, but as soon as the being decided to lift her head up, she catches an uppercut from Ex-Shin.

The blow sent the Great Angel upward—and thanks to the rocket boosts materializing mechanically from its back, the Angel managed to stay airborne, gathering breath in the moment while Ex and Olivia both stretch out. Annoyed, the being grits its teeth. Energy forces winds to shift around the Angel—spiky, red aura visible to the Juniors' eyes.

"Whao..is that, it's soul?" Ex says to himself. It had seemed that training under the waterfall has also helped him in detecting one use of their soul.

The Great Angell claps her hands together, creating a massive, crimson arm cannon with sleek, silver engines powering the gun. Inside the barrel glimmers a bright red that charges with energy by the second.

….

"Ahh..a Great Angel, hmm?" A crooked voice speaks out. "Such emotionless things sacrificing all just for mechanical power.." The mysterious figure drenched in a hooded cloak steps down through the air as if he's going down a staircase. "One of the most powerful beings in the lower tier of the first ring getting handled by mere children. Laughable."

The arm cannon of the Great Angel hums a low tone before blasting an engulfing scarlet beam down at Ex and Olivia who slap each other's hands in a low five. "Ready~?" Olivia says to Ex-shin.

"Ready? I was born rea-"

*WHOOM*

"-dy" Ex finished.

The two look up in the air confused to see the Great Angel not there anymore—not her nor the beam, but instead, a hooded, cloaked figure standing in its place.

"Another one??" Shin huffs, "This is like the tenth one I've seen today..ughhhh what a pain…."

"What's wrong with fighting alongside me once again Shin~?" Olivia's alter ego teases, "Ya know it's the first time this half has seen you. I want to make the most of it if you don't mind. And besides, it was only just starting to get good and you know it"

The cloaked figure continues stepping down the air. Its hand, reaching out from the rear side, showcases the Angel's helmet-less, decapitated head—he tosses it aside.

"Bravo..Bravo!" Applauded the cloaked being, their voice echoing slightly through the winds passing. "Truly. To think that two children were more than enough to overwhelm the likes of a Great Angel is astonishing. It seems like the Overworld becomes stronger and stronger with every generation that passes."

Sporting white skin and black feathery wings to complement his short hair of the same color—the cloak flies off of the figure dramatically as he rolls his arms under the navy compression shirt hugging his torso before another echoed tone escapes his throat.

"Time really flies by…It was as if it were yesterday…centuries ago, Successors couldn't even bare to look the direction of an Angel. But here I am now, in front of two mere children who are strong enough to toy with the likes of a Great Angel."

"And who the Hell are you?" Questioned Ex.

The winged man finally finished stepping down from what seemed like invisible stairs. Crushing the soil underneath, he presents, "You may address me as Juda. And I am a Fallen Angel."

Fallen Angels: Whilst friendships and alliances have been made (either publicly or privately) throughout both the realms of Heaven and Hell. Fallen Angels are beings who completely give in to the weird, abstract energy of Hell. Their once golden wings color jet black and their hair does the same. This is due to being exposed to Hell's abstract radiation for long periods of time, thus undergoing spontaneous (and sometimes unwanted) metamorphosis.

Juda, Olivia, and Ex-Shin walk up to each other. Juda's height towers both teenagers as their eyes meet. Olivia's emerald eyes mixed with Ex-Shin's cyan pupils gaze into the light gray—almost silver eyes of Juda.

"Mmmm.." Juda analyzes, "Just as I thought. You both have powerful souls, though neither of you can utilize it according to my understanding."

"Not like we would need it to rid of you, right babe~?" Olivia's ego speaks loud.

Ex-Shin, feeling himself burning with embarrassment, shakes it off with a chuckle, enough to reply to her.

"Y'know..I just believe you're on to something I'm there.."

Immediately Olivia goes in for an uppercut to the gut. Blocked, the winds carried—forces debris from the golden pillars to fly outward at sonic speeds.

It's subtle, but the second activation of Olivia's bloodline has begun. She shifts more weight into the punch—and with a big smile, pushes Juda away. The Fallen Angel, intrigued, noticed Shin not next to Olivia any longer, he had vanished the moment Olivia raised her fist. Juda rushes at Olivia and dives in with a flying knee, just missing by inches before recovering and going for a sweep. Olivia lifts her leg to dodge, then stomps down the next second, raising chunks of earth but also missing her attack. She grabs a small boulder that was raised from her impact and hurls it at Juda. He slips past the incoming rock by a hair and zooms right at Olivia.

She blocks a straight, headbutts the jab, ducks a hook, leans away from the knee, airballs an uppercut, slips under a roundhouse, then weaves a double cross before sending a counter strike that also airballs.

"You're good…" Juda smirks.

"Thanks" Olivia responds, "But my boyfriend's better.

As soon as Juda blinked, it was like they were swapped. The Fallen Angel now faces Ex-Shin who classically stands in southpaw style.

"C'mon, put your guard up. I'm not a dirty fighter…at least not now."

"Ha! Your funny kid!" Juda yells as he too puts his hands up in guard.

Juda starts with an open palm—Ex slaps away with a right then strikes with a left, leaving Juda stunned as they both continue on.

Ex weaves two jabs, parries an elbow then leans in for one himself, connecting an uppercut as he does. Shin steps away from a backhand and strikes low with two quick kicks to Juda's calf. The Fallen Angel narrowly dodges Ex's gazelle punch and tries for a counter, his fist threatening to crush Shin's jaw but unfortunately for Juda, the young man redirects the blow and counters with the same attack—Cleanly connecting an overhand hook down at Juda's jaw.

Ex-Shin parries the follow up front kick, gets his vision blocked by the wings, steps back from a surprise hook, and lands another kick to the calf—maneuvers smoothly under Juda's wings, hops the leg chop, connects a rib shot with a sharp kick, then a front kick of his own to push away.

Olivia seemingly emerges out of nowhere as she catches up with Ex-Shin. And Juda..can't help but chuckle. "You're pretty proficient in hand-to-hand, I'll give you that. But how will you two deal with this??"

To Ex and Olivia, the air around stands motionless as Juda puts his hand on an invisible force. "To spare the extra trouble for you, I'll tell you my Blessing. …With ease I can create constructs out of wind itself. And of course for you, it's invisible." Juda pushes the invisible force toward the teens in which Olivia blocks by summoning her circular shield, the winds send a shockwave on impact, dragging Olivia back but she gets held by Shin for more grounding. "Oh? You saw that, young lady?? Interesting..you must have been heightening your soul while fighting that angelic freak, huh?"

"Right on!!" Olivia's ego begins. "Not only can I sense it naturally now, but I can even see if attacks are made from the soul, whether invisible or not. So to dumb it down for you," she smirks, "I can see your wind!"

"And the boy?" Juda questions.

"I don't need my soul to see your attacks..my natural senses are more than enough to keep me from danger" Shin taunts.

Juda grins and forms two sabers. Blasting the ground beneath, he rushes right at the couple with initial slashes, each one cleaves a slim line of air—thinner than wind, it drives past the teens and slices the terrain behind them.

Juda spins like a helicopter—Olivia ducks, Ex-Shin jumps—she tackles Juda to the ground but he kicks her off in time to weave Ex's mid-air spin kick. Juda is barely able to defend with his blades, sweat bullets drip down his forehead as he prepares. Juda blocks a front kick from Olivia, an uppercut from Ex, feints the down slash into a horizontal but it has no effect—it misses and cleaves the wind behind, slicing up the ground under.

Juda demateralizes the blades and forms a wind-made barrier where he chants a low tone inside. His voice, as if commanding the wind, forces it to shoot out at Ex and Olivia in the form of fists.

They both limbo under a barrage of three as Olivia materializes a white katana. Sheathed, she tosses it at Ex-Shin who holds it in reverse grip—Olivia summons a glaive before they keep pushing.

"Oh and also, all of my weapons do something different so..figure it out!" Olivia shouts.

She jumps the first fist, slides below a few more, sidesteps the next, dives under the incoming three, then pole vaults over a supersized one with her glaive.

Still in hand, Olivia chucks her weapon at Juda's barrier, only for it to counter with a pressurized wind beam that engulfs the glaive and Olivia. But still, she runs back in after landing on her two feet.

On Ex-Shin's side, he speeds past the fists one by one, thinking about the katana Olivia tossed to him. "She said all of her weapons are different…let's see what this one does, shall we?"

Shin unsheaths the white blade and slashes upward, deflecting a fist incoming. He then strikes downward and manages to slip through multiple at a time while sheathing the blade back in. Doing this, the scabbard begins shining as the blade rests inside, storing up tons of potential energy each second.

Ex weaves a barrage of fists before speeding through and reaching Juda's barrier. Up close, Shin attempts to cleave the barrier, unsheathing the glowing blade of potential energy, he strikes horizontally but dodges last second against several hands, halting his movement momentarily.

Still, that wasn't enough time for Juda. With a diagonal slash, Ex-Shin—like butter—slices the barrier in two and wakes Juda out of his trance-like state after almost decapitating him. Shin sheathes in the now dimly lit katana and vanishes in a late-arrived sonic boom.

Meanwhile, Olivia slams down her glaive which splits the ground beneath, creating a local sized valley that both Olivia and Juda fall into. As they land, an avalanche of boulders begin crashing down like rockets. Even so, Juda and Olivia zip through to exchange once again.

Olivia airballs the first slash which cuts a falling boulder, blocks Juda's heavy straight, leans from an uppercut that shatters another boulder, somersaults away from a sweep while missing a counter slash. Then finally, with one more clash, they gain space from one another as the avalanche continues on. Still unfazed, both Olivia and Juda swiftly circle each other. Their perception of the avalanche slows due to the sheer combat speed performed.

Olivia stretches out a smile, and Juda widely grins. In fast motion, Olivia plants the handle of the glaive and dives in.

Juda's initial roundhouse kick obliterates the massive stone in its descent as Olivia ducks under the attack, keeping her momentum. She successfully tackles down Juda and punishes his guard. Each punch recoils her elbows upward, causing them to collide with the falling boulders, which also pushes her arms at faster speeds hitting Juda's block.

The Fallen Angel kicks Olivia off of him and flies ahead with its black wings, all the while dodging the seemingly never ending rack fall.

Ex-Shin, from miles away, zigzags across the falling stones from above, dropping down soon to unsheathe the blade in hand. And when he does, Shin practically turns into a white streak of dividing light aiming right at Juda.

The avalanche dies down for a moment.

Olivia blocks Juda's straight, swings for a hook but misses, lands a stomp to the knee, and Juda lounges in for a tackle. However, Olivia sidesteps this, leaving Juda open; Ex-Shin flies past. And with a stylish white streak rotation, Ex successfully moves through him and cleaves through Juda's torso, as if he was drawing a horizontal line.

Though not dead, Juda's forearms slide off like butter as he stands there emotionless and confused. His breaths buffer, while his silver eyes stare down at the now useless pair of arms.

"That was too fast..!" Juda whispers in his thoughts before resetting his vision back on Olivia. "H-How…?"

"When I remembered what weapon I had initially given Ex-Shin, I figured that I would stall you long enough for an attack you can't perceive! And it seems like he knew the plan too~" Olivia gestures at Ex-Shin who sheathes in the white blade once more.

"So..any last words~?" Olivia grins.

Before Juda could speak, Ex appeared in front. Slashing at him—each one performed—Ex sheathes the blade back in. Doing so, caused hypersonic cuts to strike deep on Juda's structure, ragdolling him in place.

Abruptly, Shin stops and begins walking towards Olivia. With one last click of the sheath, fully concealing the white blade, Juda's body dices itself up in a pile.

Olivia's Killer Instinct dies down due to the battle's end, returning her back to normal. Meanwhile, the two of them collapse on top of each other, laying on the hard rocky terrain of the valley created by Olivia.

"HEYYYY!! They're over here!!" A voice spills out. Looking down at the two, Kiriko signals Kiriu, K'yun, and Juno over.

"Awwww~ look at them snuggled up Yun!!" Juno teases.

Back down, Shin chuckles.

"Looks like they found us..", he then lifts his arm to hand Olivia the Katana she handed over, "here, you can have this back.".

Olivia analyzes her weapon once again before refusing. Her natural bright smile stabs Ex's heart while saying, "Nah, you keep it. And besides, I have many more weapons to choose from."

"Ya don't say…" Ex stares up at the blade, "I should give you a name huh?" He ponders. "LightRider..Yeah! You are now my personal blade: The LightRider

LightRider: Pulled from Olivia's armory, the LightRider is a pale white blade sheathed in a scarab of the same color. While sheathed, LightRider is able to collect and store an endless amount of potential energy—and when the user unleashes said blade, that potential energy converts to kinetic, allowing for high speed attacks and/or swift, precise movement
