Chapter 46 - Meditation in the Soul Space

With Leafa's seed planted safely in the lavender field, a calm warmth settled over the Soul Space. A soft breeze carried the scent of flowers, and two moons glowed in the violet sky.

Zumi exhaled slowly.

"I need to meditate," he said gently. "I want to check the system."

Serafina nodded, understanding immediately. "We'll give you space. Call us if you need anything, my King."

Hina flashed him a smirk. "Try not to break the mountain while you meditate."

Zumi chuckled and lowered himself to the ground.

He crossed his legs into a lotus position, hands resting loosely on his knees.

Golden aura began to rise from his skin — slow, steady, powerful.

As he closed his eyes, Serafina and Hina wandered deeper into the Soul Space, exploring like curious spirits in a divine dreamscape.

Serafina walked toward the pine forests, letting her fingers graze the leaves. They glowed gently under her touch.

Hina ran up a slope of lavender blossoms, laughing softly as they parted for her heat without burning.

"This place is… ridiculous," Hina murmured.

Serafina smiled, her voice soft with awe.

"This is what the soul of the Monkey King looks like. I expected power… but not beauty."

They continued exploring, while Zumi slipped deeper into meditation.

Inside his mind, he whispered:

"Celestia… show me my status."

The Soul Space trembled — not violently, but reverently.

A golden ring formed before him, rising from the ground like a halo being born.

Symbols rotated around it: circles, runes, sacred geometry — all pulsing with divine intelligence.

Then—

FWOOM.

A massive floating display materialized in front of Zumi, shimmering like molten gold framed by fire-red edges.

It looked exactly like a divine tablet forged by the heavens:

A golden-black border, perfectly symmetricalScrolling lines of radiant scriptA portrait window depicting Zumi in a sharp suitAnd every word glowing with the clarity of celestial authority

The "screen" didn't feel digital —

it felt alive,

woven from Qi, destiny, and cosmic law.

The Charisma System spoke.

{Celestia System Display}

The portrait of Zumi appeared first —

a regal figure in a dark tailored suit,

shoulders broad,

gaze sharp,

backlit by a burning golden sun that looked like divine fire.

He looked like a king —

because he was one.

Then the glowing text cascaded into view.

The system display hovered there — magnificent, structured, undeniable — casting golden light over Zumi's calm face.

Celestia's voice resonated through the Soul Space, warm and resonant:

"Zumi Kogane. Your progress is extraordinary. Three goddesses restored. One remains — the Supreme Goddess of War."

Zumi opened his eyes, golden aura flickering.

"Athena…" he murmured.

Celestia continued:

"Your Soul Space has evolved to match your destiny. Your system has acknowledged your achievements. And your legend grows with every vow kept."

Serafina & Hina Witness the System Glow

A soft gasp came from behind him.

Serafina and Hina had returned — drawn back by the brilliance of the screen.

The golden display lit their faces with a warm divine glow.

Hina whistled. "Damn… that's you? That's your status?"

Serafina crossed her arms, her crimson eyes narrowing in pride. "He surpasses even the gods who once feared him."

Zumi rose from meditation, the screen still floating beside him like a golden guardian.

Serafina stepped close and laid her hand on his chest. "You truly are the Monkey King I loved."

Hina smirked. "And the Zumi we follow."

Zumi smiled softly, closing the system with a gentle wave.

"Let's get ready," he said. "Athena's waiting."

The Soul Space wind carried his words across the mountains — as the lavender fields glowed brighter in response.

The golden system screen still hovered in front of Zumi, its light painting the lavender field and the snowy mountain with a warm glow.

Hina stared at it for a moment longer, then stretched her arms lazily. "Well, if the system's done yelling at you, I'm gonna explore that mansion. I saw at least five balconies with my name on them."

Serafina chuckled softly. "I will join you. There are halls in there that feel… ancient. Like they were carved from his past lives."

She brushed her fingers along Zumi's jaw, crimson eyes soft. "We'll give you a moment, my King. When you're done talking to your invisible goddess, come find us."

He smirked. "Don't break anything."

"No promises," Hina called over her shoulder, already tugging Serafina toward the mountain mansion.

Their auras faded into the distance—one a soft black flame, the other molten gold.

Zumi turned back to the glowing Status screen.

As soon as the others were out of range, the golden tablet shifted.

The portrait and big letters faded, and only Zumi could see what replaced them now—lines of text flickering into existence in a finer, tighter script, like divine handwriting.

Celestia's voice spoke directly into his mind.

[Celestia – Private Channel]

"Do not concern yourself with Athena yet, Zumi."

"The Supreme Goddess of War is… different. She will not be found by searching. She will find you herself, when your path and hers must cross again."

Zumi exhaled slowly, tension easing from his shoulders. "So I just keep walking my road."

"Exactly," Celestia replied, amused. "Fight. Grow. Love. Do whatever you wish. Fate is already bending toward you."

The system text shifted again.

New lines burned themselves into the golden interface.

Zumi felt it the moment the words sank in.

A faint pressure behind his eyes.

Not painful—just… clearer.

Like a veil lifting.

He blinked once, and for a heartbeat he saw the Soul Space differently:

Threads of light connecting the mansion to the mountain.

Golden filaments running from his chest to the place where Leafa's seed had been planted.

Soft shadow-wings wrapped around him from Serafina's distant presence.

Fiery strands curling playfully where Hina's aura danced high above on a balcony.

He smiled. "Spiritual Eye, huh… that's broken."

Celestia's warm laugh echoed.

"You earned it."

More text appeared, framed by a bold, blazing border.

[Rank Advancement]

Current Level: 3 — CHAMPION

A title appeared beneath it, etched in molten gold:

"A Force of Nature."

Lines of description followed, each word heavy and sharp.

A Champion is a being whose strength reshapes battlefields and destinies.

A strategic genius capable of commanding wars, not just fights.

Can defeat entire armies or groups of elite warriors single-handedly.

Recognized and feared across regions; their name alone changes the outcome of a conflict.

Celestia's voice softened, almost proud.

"This is what you have become, Zumi. Not just in numbers or titles, but in presence."

He stared at the words, then slowly closed his hand, the golden screen folding into itself and dissolving like smoke.

The information remained—seared into his soul.

"Champion, huh," he murmured. "Feels… heavy."

"Good," Celestia whispered. "Carry it well. You are no longer just surviving. You are shaping the world."

The Soul Space wind stirred, rustling the lavender around him. From the mountain, he could hear Hina laughing at something Serafina had said, their voices echoing like music over snow and flowers.

Zumi stood, dusted off his pants, and glanced toward the glowing patch of earth where Leafa's seed was buried. With his new Spiritual Eye, he could see it now—a tiny, luminous root system slowly weaving itself into his world.

"Grow well, Leafa," he said softly. "When you wake up… you won't be alone."

The wind answered with a soft, playful swirl of petals.

And with his new power, new rank, and three goddesses now bound to him in heart and system, Zumi began walking toward the mansion carved into his own soul—

where his wives waited,

and where the legend of the Champion Monkey King was only just beginning.

He stopped for a moment and decided to allocate his 50 free stats.

Zumi stood alone in the lavender field, his aura still warm from the system's awakening.

In the air before him, the golden tablet of the Charisma System flickered, waiting for his decision.

50 free stat points.

He inhaled deeply.

"Alright… let's do this."

He raised one hand, and the system reacted instantly — the glowing numbers beside each stat pulsed as if ready to absorb his will.

Zumi spoke clearly:

"Add 20 points to Dexterity."

The number flashed.

227 → 247

A rush of speed and precision surged through his limbs. His reflexes sharpened, his muscles humming with lightning-like energy.

He could hear the shift — the crisp crackle of Qi as his body adapted.

Then:

"Add 20 points to Charisma."

The Charisma value flared gold.

242 → 262

A warm wave flowed over him — presence becoming heavier, richer, impossible to ignore.

Even the Soul Space reacted: lavender petals shimmered brighter, as if drawn to him.

Charisma wasn't just charm — it was command, influence that bent reality.

Finally:

"Add the last 10 points to Strength."

The Strength number rippled red-gold.

229 → 239

His muscles tightened, Qi expanded, and the ground beneath his feet trembled slightly from the sudden spike in raw divine power.

Zumi rolled his shoulders — lightning dancing along his spine.

"That feels… good."

Celestia's voice chimed gently in his mind.

"Stat Allocation Complete. All values updated. Displaying revised Status Screen."

The golden interface unfolded again, brighter and sharper than before.

Celestia's voice returned, soft and proud.

"Your growth is remarkable, Zumi. With every goddess restored, your soul space strengthens… and your legend expands."

The screen dissolved once more, leaving Zumi surrounded by violet flowers and shimmering divine air.

He looked toward the mansion, where Serafina's laughter and Hina's voice echoed softly from a balcony.

His strength had grown.

His destiny had sharpened.

And now…

Athena would find him soon.

The three of them walked through the mansion carved into the mountain — Zumi leading, Hina at his left, Serafina at his right. The inside was nothing like he expected.

The entrance opened into a vast hall illuminated by gentle golden Qi that floated like warm candlelight. Every wall had veins of glowing stone, pulsing softly with the heartbeat of the Monkey King's soul.

As they explored, Serafina ran her fingers along the walls, feeling the power humming within them.

"This place…" she whispered. "It carries your scent, your strength… and something older. A king's home."

Hina nodded, awe shining in her fire-colored eyes. "It feels like standing inside your spirit."

Zumi chuckled softly.

"Welcome to my world."

They reached the grand bedroom — and all three stopped.

The room was enormous, open, with a ceiling carved high into the stone, revealing a skylight of shimmering violet clouds. In the exact center sat a colossal bed, large enough for gods, covered in deep black and gold silk.

But what caught their eyes were the stone shelves lining the walls.

Each one held something meaningful — not randomly placed, but displayed like relics of a king.

Serafina stepped closer.

"These… Zumi, these are your memories."

Weapons, treasures, relics — all neatly arranged.

And on the highest shelf, glowing faintly:

His staff.

The sword that he bought before leaving for China.

Hina touched the sword gently. "So this is the one you picked before everything changed…"

"It's part of my journey," Zumi said softly. "So it belongs here."

They continued looking around until the three of them drifted naturally toward the massive bed. Serafina brushed her fingers across the silk.

"It's soft…" she murmured, almost surprised. "Warmer than it looks."

Hina laughed lightly. "It suits you, Zumi. Luxurious, but strong."

Zumi sat first in the center, and immediately both women leaned against him — as if guided by instinct.

Hina settled against his left side, warm and soft, her fire-colored hair falling across his shoulder.

Serafina curled against his right, elegant and dangerous, her crimson eyes glowing faintly in the low light.

Their scents, their warmth, their presence…

It all felt right.

Zumi wrapped an arm around each of them.

"I love both of you," he said — no hesitation, no fear, just truth.

Hina lifted her head, eyes softening.

"I know… and I love you too, Zumi."

Serafina smiled — a real one, gentle and sincere.

"You came back for me when no one else could. My heart has been yours for lifetimes."

Zumi leaned in and kissed Serafina first — a slow, deep kiss that spoke of promises kept and souls reunited. She melted into him, fingers curling into his chest.

Then he turned to Hina, pulling her gently into him, kissing her with warmth and fire. Her breath trembled against his lips as she kissed him back with devotion.

The three of them sank deeper into the bed together — arms tangled, hearts close, their bodies warm against one another.

No fear.

No hesitation.

Just love, closeness, and the bond between a king and the goddesses who chose him.

They held each other tightly, sharing quiet laughter and whispered I-love-yous, and embarked on a night of intense, intimate closeness that deepened the bond among all three of their souls.
