Chapter 129 - Destroy All Paths of Pain! The Fall of the Almighty Payne!

In the stunned eyes of everyone present,

Deva Path Payne made his move.

This time, his usually composed face was distorted with strain as he forced out four words with all his might:

"Planetary Devastation!"

As those words left his lips, a small black sphere formed in his hands and slowly floated into the air. Almost instantly, an immense gravitational force was unleashed.

The surrounding terrain began to collapse as rocks shattered and soared toward the black sphere, drawn in by its overwhelming force.

Boom...

Boom...

"What the hell is happening?"

Everyone was shocked by the sheer scale of Payne's technique.

Crack... Crack... Crack...

Even the ground, already devastated by Shinra Tensei, began to shake as more earth and debris were pulled toward the floating black sphere.

Planetary Devastation—one of the exclusive abilities of the Rinnegan—allows the user to condense chakra into a black sphere, which then ascends into the sky and generates an immense gravitational pull, drawing everything around it into a massive rock formation.

This technique was once used by the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, and his brother Hamura to seal away Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and the Gedo Statue. A sealing technique of unparalleled power.

While Deva Path Payne's strength was far below that of the Sage of Six Paths, he was confident that this would be enough to seal away his opponent.

After all, compared to Kaguya, Bai Ye was nothing.

"It's over for you," Payne sneered, watching as Bai Ye was slowly drawn toward the growing mass of rock and debris.

Even Obito, observing from a distance, chose not to linger. Without hesitation, he activated Kamui, phasing into his separate dimension. Getting caught in such a technique would be disastrous, even for him.

Meanwhile, Konoha's shinobi watched in horror as Bai Ye was enveloped by the massive structure forming in the sky.

"It's time for me to act!" Naruto declared, unwilling to stand by as the man who had defended Konoha was sealed away. Entering Sage Mode, he leaped forward in an attempt to rescue Bai Ye.

However, the moment he entered the black sphere's gravitational field, he instantly lost control of his body, his entire being dragged upward toward the core of the technique.

"Naruto!"

Tsunade immediately leaped after him, grabbing his leg before forcefully pushing off a nearby rock, barely managing to pull him free.

Naruto, catching his breath, was visibly shaken. "This technique... it's terrifying!"

"Too late... he's already sealed."

The Konoha shinobi watched helplessly as Bai Ye vanished, consumed by the enormous rock sphere that now hovered in the sky.

A sense of despair washed over them.

"Heh... it's finally over... you bastard..." Nagato, controlling Deva Path, chuckled weakly, though his body trembled from exhaustion. The battle against Bai Ye had pushed him to his limits, but in the end, he emerged victorious.

With Bai Ye sealed away, Deva Path turned toward the remaining Konoha forces.

"Nine Tails Jinchūriki... you're next."

Naruto clenched his fists and shouted, "You bastard! I swear I'll defeat you! Destroying Konoha will never be easy!"

But just as those words left his mouth, his expression changed. A look of disbelief spread across his face.

Not just Naruto—Tsunade, Kakashi, and every Konoha shinobi bore the same stunned expression.

"What... what's happening?!"

Payne, sensing something was wrong, turned sharply—his Rinnegan shrinking in shock.

"Impossible!"

Before their eyes, the massive rock sphere began to crack.

A gigantic red arm burst through the rock, followed swiftly by another, shattering the supposed impenetrable seal.

"What... what is that?!"

The shinobi of Konoha stared in astonishment, their initial despair turning into awe and hope.

Obito, watching from the distance, narrowed his eyes as a realization struck him.

"That technique... Susanoo?! But how?! He doesn't even have a Sharingan!"

Boom!

The entire rock prison exploded apart, revealing a colossal, blood-red entity radiating intense heat.

A monstrous, awe-inspiring figure towered above them all, exuding an overwhelming presence that sent chills down their spines.

Inside the towering entity, Bai Ye stood, completely unharmed.

"It's over," Bai Ye's calm voice echoed.

Payne's composed demeanor shattered. His expression twisted in rage as he summoned numerous black rods, launching them at Bai Ye with the aid of Shinra Tensei.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The black rods, which could pierce through anything, merely bounced off Bai Ye's enormous crimson form.

"Damn you!" Nagato roared through Deva Path, attempting to summon the gravitational force again for a second Planetary Devastation.

But Bai Ye didn't give him the chance.

A pair of enormous red hands reached out.

Boom!

Before Payne could react, he was caught between the titanic hands and crushed.

As the hands parted, Deva Path's body—now nothing more than a lifeless husk—crumbled and fell to the ground.

At last, the final Path of Pain had been destroyed.

The so-called 'God' of Amegakure... had fallen.
