Chapter 1028 - Chapter 1283 - Half a Year

"Tyranitar, excellent! Now fill in that corner too." A handsome young man in a dark red jacket was commanding a gigantic Pokémon over three meters tall.

At his command, a mound of earth slowly rose from beneath the sea surface where they stood. The mound then gradually flattened and completely merged with the small island, becoming a part of it.

"Gardevoir, Venusaur," the young man called out to the two Pokémon behind him.

On the previously barren land, small pits appeared one by one, and then tiny saplings were planted into them.

After Venusaur sprayed a large amount of green, crystalline energy from the flower on its back, a profusion of lush green grass and vegetation grew on the ground. The planted trees quickly sprouted new branches, not only taking deep root but also growing considerably.

"Kingdra!" the young man then shouted towards the vast ocean.

As if summoned, a blue Pokémon resembling a seahorse but with dragon horns surfaced. It sprayed a large amount of water droplets from its mouth, watering the entire grassy area with fresh water.

Under the sunlight, both the fresh grass and the young trees appeared even more vibrant.

Clap, clap, clap—

The young man clapped his hands with a smile. "Alright, today's expansion work is done. While it's not dark yet, tonight we'll have a barbecue, something we haven't had in a long time!"

Whoosh—

Immediately, the Pokémon all showed great excitement.

A strange energy fluctuation appeared under the young man's feet, lifting him up and slowly floating him onto Venusaur's back, where he found a comfortable position and sat down.

Venusaur, clearly accustomed to the young man's actions, moved its sturdy limbs and walked towards the smoke in the middle of the island.

Upon closer inspection, one could notice that the color of this Venusaur's eyes was somewhat different from that of an ordinary Venusaur. Although its body color was green, the green on this Venusaur was notably pale, and most importantly, the flower on its back was yellow.

This was a very rare Shiny Venusaur!

Just as the young man was preparing to return with his Pokémon, two Pokémon resembling cotton candy flew down from a towering mountain in the center of the island.

With their wings and bodies, they looked incredibly light and airy, much like two clouds drifting down.

"Xiao Qing, Xiao Qi," the young man smiled as he looked at the two Pokémon flying towards him. They were two Altaria, which are relatively rare in the Pokémon world.

The two Altaria circled around the Shiny Venusaur, chirping excitedly at the young man, as if recounting the interesting things they had experienced that day, or perhaps claiming credit for perfectly completing the training tasks the young man had assigned them.

The young man's face revealed a doting smile. He took out two clear, crystalline energy crystals from his pocket and tossed one to each Altaria, which finally calmed them down a bit.

Thus, the returning group expanded again.

It took a total of thirty minutes to walk from the seashore to the middle of the island, in front of a rock mountain that was neither too high nor too low.

By the time they arrived, many Pokémon were already waiting, as if they knew there might be a big meal tonight.

At a glance, one could see quite a variety of Pokémon, and some of them had a very restrained aura, making it almost impossible to sense their strength.

The young man smiled and jumped off the Shiny Venusaur's back.

"Lucario, go with your master Blaziken to the other side of the island, to our farm, and catch a few sheep, cows, or pigs. Remember not to overdo it; this farm was hard to set up, so we need to be sustainable," the young man told the two Pokémon.

Blaziken—

Lucario—

A blue-and-black Pokémon resembling an upright dog, with a spike on each hand and on its chest, a slender upper body, and strong lower body, nodded excitedly.

Next to him, the Pokémon that looked as if it were on fire, with its arms crossed, appeared much more composed.

The two Pokémon bent their knees slightly, and with a single leap, they vanished into the forest. After a while, the two shadows on the ground slowly dissipated.

They were so fast that they left afterimages!

The young man shook his head helplessly at this scene. "Honchkrow, Salamence, you two go help. You can bring a few back first, but remember to remind them to restrain themselves."

A Pokémon with a body of black fur interspersed with a few red feathers, and what looked like a hat on its head, soared directly into the air and disappeared from sight in the blink of an eye.

The other, more imposing blue Dragon-type Pokémon flapped its two massive red wings.

It slowly flew up, but once it was airborne, it flapped its wings fiercely and also vanished from its original spot in an instant.

"Weavile, Drapion, go call the companions who are still training or playing to come back and prepare for the big meal."

And so, all the Pokémon, under the young man's command, began to move in an orderly fashion, their goal being to eat their fill tonight.

This handsome young man in the dark red jacket was Aoki, who was training Pokémon on the island.

And the island itself was no longer the same as before. Thanks to the efforts of the Pokémon, especially Tyranitar, who had fully absorbed Groudon's energy crystal, the island had undergone earth-shattering changes.

The biggest and most obvious change was the size of the island, or rather, its land area.

It had expanded by a full four times, meaning three more landmasses of the same size had been added to the original island. This was entirely due to Tyranitar's manipulation of Ground-type energy. While it couldn't change the terrain in an instant like Groudon, turning the sea into land,

It could, however, achieve the next best thing: slowly expanding the island.

As for the stone mountain in the middle of the island, which was neither too high nor too low, it was the result of the combined efforts of Aggron, Diancie, and a large number of Carbink.

That's right, Aoki had finally succeeded in relocating the entire Carbink Kingdom to the island, along with the Sacred Diamond created by Diancie.

The Carbink were now completely self-sufficient and their numbers were rapidly increasing, having already surpassed five hundred, which was a very large population.

Besides the changes to the island, Aoki's Pokémon had also undergone tremendous transformations.

Because this period was the longest and most stable developmental period for Aoki since his rebirth, with almost no interference from the outside world.

Six months!

A full six months!

That's half a year!

Except for occasional outings and some phone communications, he had almost always stayed on this island with his Pokémon!
