Originally, before the Holy Dragon Emperor fell into slumber, the Dragonization Domain at most covered up to the line of the Ten Rings. In reality, to truly feel the emperor's blessings, one had to live within the Seven Rings, and to allow one's family to benefit for generations, purchasing a residence within the Five Rings was necessary.
However, it wasn't even a consideration for common small merchants to buy property even on the Ten Rings line; it was something only attainable by minor nobles and wealthy magnates.
But now, things were different. Currently, living in the Seven Rings could experience the same effects as the former Five Rings, while the Ten Rings could feel effects akin to the former Seven Rings.
