The ninja was suspended in mid-air, looking utterly disheveled.
"Wake him up," Lin Chuan ordered.
Zhou Kai immediately nodded and splashed a basin of water directly onto the ninja's face. The ninja quickly came to his senses, slowly opening his eyes. However, he soon realized he seemed to be in a very strange place, surrounded entirely by people. The ninja was startled and began to struggle violently.
"Stop struggling," Lin Chuan said in perfect Tokyo-accented Japanese.
"Are you Japanese?" the ninja asked in surprise.
"No, I'm Chinese," Lin Chuan looked at the ninja and said, "There's nothing strange about me speaking Japanese. Don't many Japanese people also speak Chinese?"
The ninja furrowed his brows and asked, "What do you want?"
"Tell me about the mastermind behind you," Lin Chuan glanced at him and said, "I don't want to kill you, so don't force me to. Otherwise, I'll make you regret it."
The ninja gritted his teeth and said, "Do you think you can kill me?"
