{Chapter: 351 Lin Yuan: I will be spending the night with a girl! Do it!}

"Let's go ahead with our plan on Lin Tian," Lin Yuan said in a calm but resolute voice as he spoke to Long Wu over the phone.

"Young Master, just to confirm—you're referring to Lin Tian, the son of Vice President Lin Xiang?" Long Wu asked, even though he already understood. Lin Yuan's sudden order made him double-check, purely out of caution.

"Yes," Lin Yuan confirmed without hesitation. "I want him captured tonight. No delays."

Lin Yuan paused for a brief moment before giving another command. "Also, reach out to Uncle Zeng. Report a man named Feng Dahai. Have him arrested. All of his properties—freeze them. Everything he has must be seized."

"Understood! As you wish, Young Master!" Long Wu's response was immediate and unwavering. He didn't ask for explanations or rationale—he had served under Lin Yuan long enough to know that every order carried a deeper plan, a carefully calculated consequence.

After Lin Yuan hung up, Long Wu glanced outside through the glass wall of the upscale café where he had been patiently waiting. Just across the street stood a gaudy, neon-lit KTV lounge—one of the most lavish private entertainment venues in the district.

With a sharp glint in his eyes, Long Wu turned to one of his subordinates nearby and ordered, "Bring up the monitoring screen."

The subordinate immediately handed over a high-tech tablet device. The screen flickered to life, revealing a high-definition live feed from inside one of the private VIP rooms in the KTV building.

Long Wu narrowed his eyes as he examined the footage. The angle was perfect. They had planted this camera weeks ago, hidden so well that even the cleaning staff wouldn't notice it. This particular KTV room was one of Lin Tian's favorite haunts.

On the large leather sofa, a group of young men and women were lounging. The air was thick with cigarette smoke, alcohol, and laughter. The clink of glassware mixed with loud music in the background. In the center of the couch sat a young man—his pale face flushed, arms draped lazily over two women at his sides. He looked completely intoxicated.

"That's the one. Lin Tian," Long Wu muttered under his breath, confirming the target.

He stood up, his face now expressionless, and gestured to his men. "Move. It's time."

Without another word, Long Wu and a small squad of well-trained men crossed the street and entered the KTV building. Their movements were swift and precise, like a unit that had done this dozens of times before. Within minutes, they stood outside the room where Lin Tian was indulging himself.

The door wasn't locked. Long Wu simply twisted the handle and pushed it open.

The scene that greeted them was revolting.

Slap!

"You filthy bitch! Who do you think you are, pretending to be some kind of princess? I paid good money for you to be here, and you won't even let me touch you?!"

Lin Tian's voice was slurred and full of rage. He had just struck the young woman next to him—Afang—leaving a deep red handprint across her cheek. Her eyes were filled with tears, but she said nothing, her body trembling as she cowered beside him.

Long Wu didn't flinch. He had seen enough.

"Capture him," he said coldly, his voice devoid of emotion.

In perfect coordination, his men rushed forward, surrounding Lin Tian in seconds. Before the drunken young man could react, they had already pinned him down.

"Who the hell are you people?!" Lin Tian roared in a fit of fury. "Do you know who I am? I'm Lin Tian! My father is Lin Xiang, Vice President of the Lin Group! This KTV belongs to us! You bastards are dead!"

Long Wu stepped forward and leaned in, speaking in a cold, almost mocking tone. "I'm security. I saw you hit that girl. You're coming with me."

The line was a lie, of course—a casual excuse. But it was enough for now.

"Hit someone? Me? Are you blind?" Lin Tian yelled in denial, struggling under the firm grips of the men holding him. "I'm the victim here! She hit me! If you don't believe me, ask my friends!"

"Yes! That's right!" one of Lin Tian's sycophants chimed in immediately. "It was Afang! She attacked him first!"

Another added quickly, "Yeah! Lin Tian didn't do anything. He was the one assaulted!"

Long Wu didn't even glance at them. Their lies meant nothing.

The men tightened their grip and began to drag Lin Tian toward the door.

"You dogs! How dare you touch me!" Lin Tian screamed as he thrashed violently. His leg lashed out toward Afang, kicking her hard in the shin. She winced and let out a cry of pain.

Long Wu's expression turned cold as ice.

Slap!

Then another. And another.

He struck Lin Tian across the face multiple times with an open hand, each blow louder and heavier than the last. Lin Tian's head snapped to the side, his mouth bleeding, eyes wide with confusion and panic.

"Still pretending?" Long Wu muttered as he slapped him again.

The arrogant young master who had moments ago been ordering girls around like property now resembled a stunned fish out of water—gasping, disoriented, and helpless.

Without further delay, Long Wu gestured to his men again.

They hauled Lin Tian up like a sack of trash, slinging him over one of their shoulders, completely ignoring his weak protests and sputtering curses.

From the KTV to the awaiting vehicle outside, it took no more than two minutes. Everything had been executed with surgical precision.

Inside the café where he had been watching earlier, Long Wu returned briefly, sat down, and picked up the phone.

"Lin Tian has been secured," he said calmly.

The voice on the other end didn't respond immediately—but Long Wu knew Lin Yuan had heard everything.

Tonight's mission was only the beginning.

---

After hanging up the call with Long Wu, Lin Yuan didn't waste a second.

He stepped on the accelerator and drove directly toward the headquarters of the Lin Group. The car engine purred steadily as the cityscape blurred past his windows. His expression was calm, but his mind was already racing with plans and calculations.

Now that Chen Qu had been dealt with decisively, Lin Yuan's attention turned toward the deeper, more subtle threats that still lingered—especially within his own family's company.

The Lin Group had flourished over the years, becoming one of the most influential enterprises in Jiangbei. Lin Yuan's parents—Lin Jianjun and Meng Yuelan—were the largest shareholders, holding a combined total of nearly 60% of the company's equity. That alone gave them dominant influence over the company's operations and strategic decisions.

However, Lin Yuan was not content with relative control.

He knew that in accordance with Kyushu corporate law, major company decisions—especially restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or any significant direction change—required a supermajority vote. That meant at least 66.67% of total shareholding had to be in agreement.

More than half control might be enough to steer the ship on a calm sea, but storms were coming.

And Lin Yuan intended to fortify the entire vessel before they hit.

To truly eliminate any risk of sabotage, betrayal, or manipulation from within, Lin Yuan needed to ensure that the Lin family held absolute control over the company—not just the largest piece of the pie.

And there was one particular thorn that had to be removed before it dug in deeper.

Lin Xiang.

As the Vice President of the Lin Group, Lin Xiang was not just influential—he also held over 5% of the company's shares, making him the third-largest stakeholder after Lin Yuan's parents and Aunt.

Worse, Lin Yuan had long suspected him of colluding with the Chen family behind the scenes. His secret dealings, whispers in the corridors, and vague corporate maneuvers made it clear: Lin Xiang was not loyal. He was a snake biding his time.

But Lin Yuan didn't wait for snakes to strike.

He intended to draw Lin Xiang out and crush him publicly—with evidence, strategy, and precision.

When he arrived at the Lin Group, the staff greeted him respectfully, but Lin Yuan didn't slow his pace. He made his way to the executive floor and directly entered the spacious office where his father and mother were discussing business matters.

"Dad. Mom," Lin Yuan said, standing tall and composed. "I need you to convene a general shareholders' meeting tomorrow afternoon. I want all shareholders and board members present."

His directness startled both Lin Jianjun and Meng Yuelan, who looked up from their documents.

"A meeting?" Lin Jianjun raised an eyebrow. "What's going on?"

"I have a few proposals regarding the Lin Group's future development," Lin Yuan explained calmly. "One of them is to expand into the pharmaceutical industry. We've already missed several key windows of opportunity in that sector, and I believe it's time to correct that."

His tone then deepened, and he added firmly, "And another matter concerns the company's shareholding structure. We need to consolidate more control under the family. I want to eliminate the internal threats before they have a chance to bloom."

The air in the room became still.

Lin Yuan didn't mince words—he laid it all out plainly. He even mentioned, without naming names, the potential betrayal within the ranks.

While this didn't immediately alarm Lin Jianjun or Meng Yuelan—who had always believed their current control was enough—Lin Yuan's confidence made them pause and listen.

Meng Yuelan frowned slightly, speaking first. "The Lin Group has done so well because of balanced distribution. Your father and I together already control most of it. Decisions are never blocked. Isn't that enough?"

But before she could continue, Lin Yuan cut in gently but firmly.

"We need to go beyond 'enough.' A 60% hold gives us leverage, but it doesn't give us protection from a united front of disloyal shareholders. If someone accumulates influence or allies, even 40% can make trouble. We can't afford to gamble on loyalty when power is the only assurance."

He looked to his father next. "I recommend we bring our family's shareholding to at least 70%. That level gives us strategic dominance, both legally and politically. Tomorrow's meeting will help us assess who stands where—and deal with those who don't."

Lin Jianjun tapped the desk slowly with his finger, thoughtful.

After a few moments of silence, he gave a small nod. "I agree. Yuan'er's vision is solid. The risks of fragmented loyalty are becoming more real. If he has a plan, I say we let him implement it."

Hearing her husband's support, Meng Yuelan let out a soft sigh. "Alright. But this move will shake up some of the old shareholders. Be ready for resistance."

"I am," Lin Yuan said confidently.

Seeing her son so focused and determined—just as he was when he dealt with Chen Qu—Meng Yuelan couldn't help but feel a swell of pride.

The son who used to stay in the background was now standing at the forefront of the family's legacy.

That night, invitations were formally sent out to every shareholder and board member. The Lin Group's internal affairs would soon undergo a transformation.

As he turned to leave the office, Lin Yuan paused, then looked back at his parents. His expression softened slightly.

"By the way... I won't be coming home tonight. Don't wait up. Rest early," he said casually.

His mother blinked in surprise. "Not coming home? Where are you going? Are you staying overnight at the company?"

Lin Yuan smiled. "No, nothing like that. I'm spending the evening with a girl."

That single sentence was enough to leave both Lin Jianjun and Meng Yuelan momentarily speechless.

Meng Yuelan blinked. "A girl? You mean… you're dating someone?"

Lin Yuan shrugged nonchalantly, his smile deepening. "Something like that."

Then, without giving them a chance to ask further questions, he walked out of the office with calm footsteps, already thinking about what lay ahead—both in business and in romance.

Tomorrow, the Lin Group would witness a reshuffling of power.

And tonight, well... he had an entirely different kind of battle to win.
