Those demons were captives from the last battle, West Emperor Palace did not execute them, but reserved them for this Demon Slaying Summit.
"The Demon Slaying Summit uses demons as a sacrifice." Murong Gang announced aloud, as the Cultivators of West Emperor Palace placed each demon in the center of the Martial Arts Arena and unlocked their chains; they were all demons of the Fifth Realms.
