Regardless of what Sabrina was thinking, Eddie had already completed his mission to capture Eevee and could now return to Erika to "report his success."

Then he could have a refreshing and intense gym battle to help Eevee, who had just joined his team, gain some experience.

With this thought in mind, Eddie returned to Erika's home in Rainbow City with great satisfaction.

"What? Erika has too many urgent matters to handle, so the gym battle scheduled for this afternoon has been moved to tomorrow?"

That was the news that greeted him.

"While we were clearing out Team Rocket's underground base, we discovered many interesting documents, so Miss Erika is now processing them urgently," the maid in Erika's household explained, bowing apologetically to Eddie.

The interesting documents were undoubtedly lists of Alliance officials or businessmen suspected of having connections with Team Rocket.

Eddie remembered that many people were supporters of Team Rocket or had become accomplices for various reasons. The number wasn't small by any means.

"Miss Erika asked me to express her sincere apologies and said she would have good news for you tomorrow as compensation," the maid said with neither servility nor arrogance, but her sincerity was evident.

"Alright, then I'll go explore Rainbow City and return this evening," Eddie decided after thinking it over.

After all, since starting his journey, he had been constantly traveling except for one day of rest in Lavender Town.

There wasn't much urgent business at the moment, so he could slow down and relax a bit.

Eddie spoke to the maid, waved his hand, and headed toward the city center.

"James, why are we still in Rainbow City? Shouldn't we be looking for Squirtle now?" In downtown Rainbow City, Jessie asked James and Meowth.

At this time, with the main Team Rocket branch forces gone, they would be like rats crossing the street that everyone would want to beat.

Shouldn't they leave Rainbow City quickly to find the Squirtle they had mentioned?

"Don't worry, don't worry. Besides, to deal with those looking for trouble with us, didn't we change our uniforms?" James shook his blue hair, flashed his bright white teeth, and gave Jessie a thumbs up.

"That may be true, but I still don't like this white uniform. Is the 'R' on our shirts really okay?" Jessie pointed to her new white uniform. Although it was different from Team Rocket's standard black uniform, it was actually just slightly modified.

The black uniform had become white with minor adjustments, but the 'R' in the middle of the shirt was still there.

"It's fine! Team Rocket has always presented itself to the world in black uniforms. Who would think we'd wear white uniforms?" James said confidently, then pointed to the 'R' in the middle of his shirt.

"As for this 'R', it's even simpler. When I made these, I prepared detachable covers. We have matching white fabric, so we can cover the 'R' normally and just tear it off when we want to reveal our identity!"

James produced a piece of white cloth and placed it directly over the shirt. The 'R' was immediately hidden.

This way, the white uniform without the iconic 'R' looked like normal clothing. As long as they didn't remove the fabric, ordinary people wouldn't mistake them for Team Rocket members.

"But I heard that Sabrina from the Executive Three also wears a white uniform. Will that be a problem?" Jessie was still somewhat worried. She didn't know if there were white uniforms for male members, but she had heard that Sabrina wore the white female Team Rocket uniform.

Of course, it seemed only Sabrina wore that white uniform, since there weren't many women in Team Rocket, and most people, including Jessie herself, wore black uniforms.

"You're overthinking this. Lady Sabrina is a Third Executive. If someone sees her wearing a Team Rocket uniform, there are probably only two types of people," James said to Jessie with a smug expression.

He was quite knowledgeable about intelligence matters.

How could he not know that Lady Sabrina wore a white uniform? But he had still prepared white uniforms for them, and he was confident about it.

"Two types of people? Which two types? Tell me quickly, don't keep me in suspense!" Jessie said irritably.

She never liked it when James kept her in suspense like this.

"Look at you, so impatient. Can't you be more like me... Okay, okay, I'll tell you, don't hit me!" James was about to tease Jessie further, but she produced a small stick from nowhere and pointed it at his head, while Meowth extended its claws toward James's face.

"I never liked your habit of keeping us in suspense. Want to try it again?" Meowth was also displeased, wearing a sneer on its face.

"I'll talk, I'll talk, don't be hasty," James said nervously.

"The first type of people who have seen Lady Sabrina in uniform must be our own Team Rocket members, don't you think?"

James didn't dare to be playful anymore and immediately shared what he knew.

"Isn't that obvious? Hurry up and tell me about the second type!" Jessie looked menacing, and the hand holding the stick seemed ready to strike.

"The second type, of course, are people who have already been buried!"

"Huh? What do you mean? She's not a grim reaper. Except for our own people, others are... wait?" Meowth wanted to refute James immediately, but it suddenly thought of something mid-sentence.

"Hehe, you figured it out too, right? If Lady Sabrina is seen in uniform, she would definitely expose the fact that she's both a gym leader and a Team Rocket member, so she would make people who see her and aren't Team Rocket members permanently..." James said this with a sinister smile.

There was no need to say more. Everyone was from Team Rocket, so they naturally knew who was best at keeping secrets permanently.

"That makes sense. So, in fact, apart from Team Rocket members, no one knows we wear white uniforms," Jessie said, tapping one hand with the other to indicate she understood.

"Exactly, so the people who have seen Sabrina in uniform are only us Team Rocket members, so Jessie, don't worry."

"Besides, we've covered the 'R' on our shirts, so you don't need to worry. Let's go out and get to work."

James patted his chest reassuringly, and Jessie nodded in understanding.

Then, the two of them, wearing their white uniforms, walked toward downtown Rainbow City with Meowth.
