"... I'll be helping you take over Venessa Architect," Rose stated in a sultry voice. However, Michael didn't budge, as that was not his purpose at all.
"And why would I do that?" he asked in a calm tone.
"Because you'll be benefiting a lot, getting hold of his assets, his—"
"Rose," Michael cut her off, his words cold as ever. "That won't serve my purpose when I want to prove to the world that he is the sole killer of my parents," he stated in a low, menacing voice, and before she could argue, he ended the call.
He knew David was scared, which was the very reason he tried to steal the evidence from James using his men. If Michael wanted, he could easily kill him. Justice would be served to him, but he wanted the world to know about his dark, devious side, and for that, he would force David to confess his wrongdoings... he was just waiting for some leverage.
