Chapter 184 - KOW Chapter 182 A Palm That Encompasses Heaven and Earth

The brown-robed Taoist's face contorted with ferocity, his eyes blazing with unrestrained madness. Killing intent radiated from him in every direction.

Coldly, he gazed down upon the void beneath, his Yin-Yang eyes capturing every detail in an instant.

"Nation named Qin. Eye of the King has been established!"

"Those pitiful juggling tricks called Ninjutsu, brushed against the pinnacle of magic, borrowed from the Otherworld? Laughable! You fools who cannot even comprehend the Way!"

"The Fire of Civilization ignites, flowing through every body. Civilization is evolving at breakneck speed, on the verge of transcendence."

"Interesting… very interesting. I, the Black Tortoise, am pleased."

"But such a nation… must be destroyed for my hatred to be fully unleashed."

Suspended in the void, with the infinite stars as his backdrop, the jingling of bells at his waist echoed. His eyes flickered. His right hand reached to seize the bell capable of destroying an entire nation in an instant, but he paused just before touching it.

"A Starlight-level civilization… it must be crushed by my own hand to quench my hatred!"

His eyes burning with madness, the Black Tortoise suddenly raised his hand, fingers splayed, covering the massive void-like planet below.

"One palm to shroud the heavens… Heaven-and-Earth Shrouding Palm!"

"Let me crush this nation into dust with a single strike!"

Meanwhile, in King's World, Qin's Nation…

The fusion of Hokage and Dragon Emperor World had accelerated the nation's growth. The newborn empire now thrived with boundless vigor; everything exuded prosperity and energy.

Qin Yi had traveled to the Pirate World, leaving the governance of Qin's Nation to its elected ministers. Among them, the most prestigious were Gandalf and the recently returned General Yang.

At this moment, General Yang led a group clad in cloth and armor in a calm, methodical meeting.

"Zhuge, I aim to conquer the entire Three Kingdoms World, not just a single nation," General Yang said firmly.

"You can see for yourself, a single country's strength is nothing compared to our vast Qin Empire. 9It's like a feather against our might."

"With our war preparations, if fully unleashed, we could dominate the entire Three Kingdoms World in an astonishingly short time."

"However, as per your advice, I have restrained unnecessary bloodshed, temporarily consolidating our forces," he continued.

Across the long table sat a middle-aged, elegant man, feathered fan in hand, smiling serenely, Zhuge Liang, the strategist of the Three Kingdoms World.

"General, do not rush. I've spent the past few days studying Qin's Nation. Its wonders are breathtaking," Zhuge Liang said gently.

"With such vast foundations and support, it is only a matter of time before General Yang unifies the world. Moreover, with talents like Mengde and Lü Bu, Admiral-level warriors, our advantage is already secure."

Zhuge Liang fanned himself lightly, smiling.

General Yang frowned. He was eager to conquer the Three Kingdoms World. Though granted permission by the emperor to operate there, the resources he could bring were limited. Everything else he had to develop himself.

Within the Three Kingdoms, he had already secured one nation's territory, consolidating Experts and strategists alike. Even Cao Mengde had been brought under Qin's Nation's banner.

Such achievements were possible for two reasons: Qin's Nation's technology and Ninjutsu far surpassed that era, and the empire's vast backing ensured unstoppable might. To figures like Cao Cao, such a vast empire was an unimaginable deterrent.

Anyone witnessing this nation would realize that standing in its way was like a mantis trying to stop a chariot, utterly futile.

Nearby, Lü Bu sat upright, expression calm but eyes observing intently. His Fangtian Huaji spear glinted coldly behind him.

The Admiral, a battlefield terror in his own right, found himself repeatedly astonished by this new world.

Abilities that seemed akin to Immortal (Sennin) powers were everywhere, casually displayed. Even the overwhelmingly powerful firearms were beyond his ability to counter.

Faced with such a vast empire civilization, Lü Bu understood that he would need to make choices carefully.

What were the mighty Han Dynasty or even Dong Zhuo's legacy? Mere illusions. Fleeting clouds.

General Yang was just about to speak again when Gandalf suddenly rose to his feet. His expression turned deadly serious in an instant.

Two breaths later, Gandalf's thunderous voice shattered the tense air:

"General Yang! Quickly, order everyone to teleport to the Naruto World, NOW!"

Before anyone could react, Gandalf's entire body erupted with a blinding white light, dazzling as the sun itself.

Everyone in the conference room instinctively shut their eyes, unable to bear the radiance.

And then, he was gone. Gandalf had vanished.

"Chief…?" Zhuge Liang and the others exchanged startled looks, confused.

But General Yang's face had also darkened. Without a moment's hesitation, he leapt to his feet and barked:

"Everyone, MOVE! Follow me!"

He strode toward the exit at full speed, pulling out his communicator as he went, his voice sharp and commanding as it crackled through every line to the empire's leaders and soldiers.

"Nationwide alert! Evacuate everyone into the Naruto World immediately, MOVE!"

"Don't ask why! Execute at once! This is a direct order from Chief Gandalf of the Parliamentary Institute, and from me, General Yang!"

For a split second, on-duty soldiers and civil officials were stunned, but only for a split second. Then they moved with explosive urgency.

Within mere breaths, shrieking alarms blared across the entire nation.

"Attention, all citizens! ATTENTION, ALL CITIZENS!"

"Immediate mass teleportation to the Naruto World! Move with all speed!"

Those who reacted fastest simply willed themselves away and vanished. Members of the great shinobi clans from the Naruto World, already familiar with teleportation seals, were the first to disappear.

The blaring alarms echoed through every city and village, a siren of doom, and the entire empire knew in their hearts, something catastrophic was coming.

Even so, some were still a step too late.

"Demon Immortal from Beyond the Stars…"

Gandalf's figure appeared high in the void, facing the colossal Black Tortoise descending from the heavens. His expression was grave beyond measure.

"I will CRUSH you beneath my hand!"

The Black Tortoise's roar tore through the skies, an infinite storm screaming in from the depths of the universe itself. The sound hit Qin's Nation like an apocalyptic wave, countless eardrums ruptured instantly, and anguished screams rose across the land.

Then came the wind.

A single breath of the monstrous gale ripped entire buildings from their foundations, hurling them skyward. Even shinobi with enhanced bodies from relentless Ninjutsu training stood no chance; this storm dwarfed human strength.

The hurricane swept over every inch of Qin's Nation, its ferocity beyond comprehension.

And then, the survivors still within the nation realized something terrifying.

The sun… was gone.

They looked up in horror, but no, this wasn't the absence of the sun. Something was covering it.

A colossal, blackened canopy smothered the sky, blotting out all light. In that instant, even the temperature of Qin's Nation plummeted by several degrees.

As their eyes adjusted, they finally saw the truth.

This was no curtain. No shadow.

It was a hand.

A gargantuan, world-crushing hand, blotting out heaven and earth, capable of grinding an entire civilization into dust.

The Heaven-and-Earth Shrouding Palm.
