⭕ Ring of Power

His ring, The One Ring from another world that bonded to his determination and soul, crawling in desire for his soul from a different world, and together ended in the body of a slaved Uruk.

After the ring forced him by itself to bond to his soul, the ring suffered a change where became a clear mirror representation of his soul and determination, now being clean from elden words and being entirely red scarlet metal with a red crimson glow.

When Grakmur is decapitated, the ring will revive him attaching both back together and healing the wound as if never happened. The same if his fingers or any body part is cut and detached from his body, the ring will force the cut body part to be put back to the body and heal the wound instantly.

The ring is impossible to be quit from the index finger of Grakmur's left hand. Not even Grakmur can quit the ring.

Allows Grakmur to can be as powerfull as is, and grants him an extender power than Talion or Celebrimbor could ever hand, matching Sauron without any boost of will.

And gives him powers:

- Red chains that grabs and burns

- Fade gray flames

- Slow and Stop time

- Skeletal Tar Goroth Skull that floats and flies around, and shoots red flame spectral energy

- Spectral red reinforcement in the shield making it unbreakable

- Spectral red sharpness in the sword making it flame and deal bleeding

- Spectral red slashes after swinging the sword

- Enchanted Death Defy and Epic Determination

- Granted and Enchanted Necromancer trait

- Granted Fire and Epic traits

💬 Grakmur's dialogue:

When he first meets the player

- If the player only walked or ran until meeting by accident

"Oi! Welcome! What bring you here, lad? Sorry for what you see, is in process."

- If Grakmur meets the player because the player attacked or killed an orc or orcs in the base

"Hey! I would've be glad to see you. But you have overtsep me. In here, it's an eye for an eye. Hope you undertand it."

When he taunts the player

"Running away? I know I scare everyone, but I'm not that ugly!"

"Hey! Focus on the danger! Me! And maybe that guy you're fighting too!"

When the player dies

- If Grakmur is an ally, revives Talion

"What?! Dying on the job?!? Not in my watch!! Come on, get up!!"

When he's about to die

- If the player never had Grakmur as ally

"No, if you kill me, those I killed will have died for nothing!"

- If the player had Grakmur as ally and takes him out

"What? Why? You... Did you truly just play the role until this exact moment?!"

- If the player died after failing and retries

"No, even if you take me down, I'll get up. I can feel a flame burning all over me, that doesn't let me die."

After a successful ambush or surprise attack by the player

"Hey! I always knew pink flesh was weak, but resort to this?! One thing is being weak, but other is being a coward!"

When Grakmur spots the player sneaking or using stealth

"Oi! Trying to get someone like a coward!? If you going to face someone, do it straight with honor!"

When Grakmur gets injured but keeps fighting

"Hit me, for much you break my body, my will will put the pieces back for more."

When Grakmur encounters a rival captain or another boss

"You!! I wanted to see you, so badly, that the feeling itself will be good in comparison to how bad I'll be!"

When Grakmur speaks about his cursed undead nature

"Look at us. Vessel aaginst vessel. Undead against undead. A dance of death being swong by puppets in this warfull battle."

When Grakmur sees the player helping or saving an orc

"Good job, friend. Is as I always say, everyone can have a change of heart, if they truly want to try."

When Grakmur reacts to betrayal or treachery in his ranks

"What?! No! If there's something I can't tolerate worse than cowards, are traitors! I'll make you pay!!"

When Grakmur talks about his hatred for stealth and betrayal

"Remember. If you have to fight, do it with honor. If we have to die, will be our way. Together or alone."

When Grakmur talks about his gang or followers

"We, are the protectors. We, are the judges of retribution. And we, will bring a new law to Mordor. No more lords, no more constant war and death. There are more to live and do than that."

When Grakmur reflects on past battles or his history

"Human, I'm not going to apologize anymore for killing you. I wonde why, and how, you keep coming back, but I prefer to know why when you do, keep killing us. Please, have a change of heart already."

When Grakmur comments on the player's reputation or fame

"I'm not someone to say anything, but... You get what you deserve, either for good or bad. You made a name in Mordor, friend. But caution in what way is heard."

Grakmur preparing for a big battle

"Alright, remember the plan. Stick together, cover each other, and if can, try to reach an agreement. And remember, don't kill those who surrender, and let them go if they want to leave, are not cowards."

Grakmur reacts to being mocked or underestimated

"Ohhh, playful are we? I like it. But caution with lowering your guard, I don't want to kill you by a mere accident."

Grakmur seeing a fallen ally

"No!! You!!... You'll pay for that!! I'll make sure of it, no matter what!!!"

Grakmur talking about fire and flames

"Oh, wanting to play with fire, friend? Well, I'm the wrath of justice. The fire I spread are the flames of this wrath. Flames seeking to consume corruption to let clean live grow."

"Fire is a double edge sword, unless it can't consume you. Is like the hug you need to calm down, warm and always there."

Grakmur reacts to the player using ranged attacks

"Oh, no. If we fight, will be as how has to be. Come and face me!"

Grakmur encountering an unfamiliar enemy type

"Ohh, quite unusual. I like you, as you make me curious. What else are you hiding, buddy?"

Grakmur reflecting on the curse that binds him

"Human, you and I are very different but walkers of the same path with different steps. We both can't stay dead, we both are vessels, but yet, we both stay as we are. But hey, we are together at least."

Grakmur talking about loyalty and trust

"I heard of you having to kill a captain that betrayed you. Is a shame, really. But even if I hate it with all my heart, I always thought it was to survive, and not for... other reasons... Just have caution with those you let near, friend."

Grakmur on the horrors of war

"All is always the same. THere ar eoptions, chances, but after war, there's only weight compressing who you are. Is not what you do, is the weight you take after what you do what changes you. That's why I always give the option for everyone to have a change of heart, but that's not on me anymore."

Grakmur responding to the player showing mercy to enemies

"Human-I mean, Talion. I'm glad you also want them to have a change of heart. Everyone in Mordor don't know another life than the constant war and slavery. But I know there's so much more than that, and I'm glad I'm not alone on this impossible quest."

Grakmur mocking an enemy's fighting style

"I don't know if feel sorry for you, or just be disappointed. Maybe I'll be both."

Grakmur reacting to an unexpected victory

"That was... certainly something... I expected more, but maybe we should be glad we won? Or maybe concerned of our own strength."

Grakmur warning the player about upcoming dangers

"Wait, before you go any further.. Stick to us, and then jump to ambush them with your agility. They have beasts and our shields will let you attack directly at the mounters."

Grakmur talking about his gang's code of honor

"Oh, that? Is just something I feel deeper than myself. Seeing how everything is, how we live... I can feel my heart, and something deeper, resonate with more than I understand. And I can't just let it remain how it is. It hurts me see all of this, and I can't go on for longer."

Grakmur reflecting on his "friendly" title and what it means

"About my title? Well, I think is clear of what it means. Is literally that, but doesn't mean I won't use force when required."

When kills Talion at the end of the secret ending

- "I'm sorry... Truly, truly, sorry... But friend... If we were truly friend at some point... Please, Talion... Quit... And never come back... I'll handle the rest, and Mordor will be in good hands..."

Shop conversations

Talion: "What about the ring? Doesn't affect you?"

Grakmur: "Yes... It bothered me. You know, having a voice in your head while you do things, is not particularly light to hold. Makes the weight heavier."

Talion: "How are you holding to yourself?"

Grakmur: "... Talion, we are both vessels. We walk the exact same path, but we took different steps. You are mixed between accepting and rejecting, while I always embraced for not having a choice at all, and when I got the ring, despite it was an accident, I embraced it. I lost myself, again, I lost everything, and yet... I took it as opportunity to start anew, for more than I could before. It offered me what it wanted, but I accepted with other things in mind. And I only remembered after you killed me. But I'm not angry at you for that, can't blame you tho. Won't either."

🎬 Celebration animation

When kills the player

- "I'm sorry... Truly, genuinely... But when you come back, please, have a change of heart.. friend.."

Then, in the animation where orcs celebrate the player's death, Grakmur remains with a sad and serious expression, mainly closed eyes and head looking slightly down, and when orcs yell with glory and celebrating Grakmur lifts his right hand and opens his eyes and the sword and remains with the same expression but looking straight and his expression is more clear of being a little tired with a serious sad expression of regret.

When Talion comes back straight at him for revenge or anything else the player wants to do, maybe just a quick check or whatever.

Grakmur will receive you with emotion.

"Friend! I knew you would come back, you always do. I'm glad to see you again, and so... Did you have a change of heart this time?"

Then, all will be like a fight will start as orcs and Grakmur are like going to attack at any second with their weapons, but if Talion doesn't attack for a while, the orcs won't attack either and will just move around to counter or attack if Talion does, and after some time, if Talion doesn't attack, there's another dialogue scene of Grakmur.

"Oh, yess!! Friend! You don't know how glad I am that you actually had a change in your heart and way. I knew you could do it. After all, everyone can change, they just have to try."

Killing streak 4

Grakmur: "You're back again! Friend, I was thinking of hoe to convince you, and I got it. If you keep killing me, is because you're bored. But I invite you to eat something, how does that sound?"

Killing streak 7

Grakmur: "Welcome, friend! You don't want anything from me, just me dead. The same as almost everyone here, but trust me, I don't mind. At some point you'll stop, I just know it."

Killing streak 12

Grakmur: "Friend! There you are. I was just thinking in you. I was getting ores to get a new piece of gear. If you stop killing, even if is just for a moment, I'll give you the gear. Is not too late for playing in other way."

Killing streak 18

Grakmur: "Hey, friend! I still wonder why you just keep coming back to me to kill me over and over again. I just hope is because you are corrupted or something, and I'm a light you have to turn off. I truly hope is that..."

Killing streak 22

Grakmur: "Friend! Listen up. I know is hard to stop the fun of killing and feeling superior to others. But I know you can be better than them. I'm still your friend, and I sstill know you can do better."

Grakmur then moves forward his left hand open up and at you, and then Talion Shadow moved and instantly slashed Grakmur's left arm and then neck. Grakmur's head fell down, bouncing the ground for a second.

Grakmur: "Well... That was... Unexpected... But yet, I.. know you can change.. if you try..."

Killing streak 23

Grakmur: "Welcome again, friend! Sorry if... I touched a nerve. I recognize that was my bad, and it's on me. I still wonder why you keep just coming for me, but no matter the reason, is never too late for your heart to cleanse, even if is the smallest amount possible. I still believe in you."

He doesn't hate you, because he knows how Mordor is. He doesn't want to be angry at you. And he sees that every time is hunted by Talion, is the best outcome to happen, because for Grakmur, is keeping Talion busy. And if Grakmur sees that if he keeps Talion busy killing him over and over, will be keeping him away in a way from getting further corrupted by anything in Mordor, and Talion can go only better as long as is busy with Grakmur.

Grakmur sees his death as entertaining you, just keeping you busy, with a purpose of also protecting you from Mordor. As, as long you remain busy and with Grakmur, you will be only capable of being better, and not more further corrupted.

Grakmur can:

- Use metal to craft or exchange gear for Talion

- Smelt ores for gear or repair gear

- Cook food (What allows in peace moments to have a small picnic time to eat with him)

- Recruit any orcs for Talion (But the orcs follows Grakmur's orders)

- Be used temporarily for the player in certain missions or battles

- Revive Talion to keep fighting if dies

- Enchance Talion's ring if Celebrimbor teaches him

Scenario | What He Does

Ambush | You and Grakmur can plan an ambush together, and you can choose to fight as him during the takedown.
