All main story, side stories, and all arcs will remain untouched and intacted.
All dialogues will change into my interpretation of the characters.
If you see a character behaving out of character, as with dialogue, any decision it made, or anything else; don't blame me, and comment on what's wrong so I can learn and understand more the character for future episodes and arcs, and deeper narrative and understanding of possible arcs and side stories.
With that being said, I don't actually know how to be:
- Gohan
- Krilin
- Android 18
- Android 17
- Tien
- Yamcha
- Possibly other characters I forgot, like Broly and many others
Few main things that won't change are the nickname Caulifla will call Raziel as "Faker", the relation both characters will have as a resemblance rivalry of Goku and Vegeta but with also a closer bond that gets shadowed by this rivalry.
The fanfic will change to be adult only, so I can go full deep with what I really want in the story, as the bon between Raziel and Caulifla, the murders being more clear and gore, and much more wide open withouth worrying for using adult tone or words that could get this in trouble.
In the remastered version, all power levels will respect God Ki, actual superiority of characters against others, and much more facts Dragon Ball breaks and leaves worthless.
Ki will be actually used more than just for power meter, but with what is composed by as more relevant for the battles. This will be extremely important as if two characters fight and are in the same level, but one starts getting tired, that one will get weaker, but if the other's ki gets unstable, is worse than being tired and will lose the battle.
Genki (元気) - Vigor/Energy:
This is the vital energy and life-force of a being, which can be increased through physical and mental excellence and is utilized in techniques like the Genkidama.
Yūki (勇気) - Courage:
This component relates to a user's courage and willingness to face dangerous situations, which can increase their Ki.
Shōki (正気) - Mind/Right-mindedness:
This is the most impactful aspect of Ki, as it dictates whether Ki is "pure" or "evil". A fighter's mindset—whether passionate, determined, or desperate—influences their Shōki, thereby impacting their Ki power.
Some characters have more of some things than others. For example, Saiyans a Caulifla have more Yuki, and then a good Genki, while a poor Shoki. Other example is Raziel, who after becoming a Saiyan, obtained Ki, but this was composed entirely of Yuki, as his mindset is... questionable... And his Genki is simply worthless as is just an undead and he doesn't care about himself at all.
Now, in case anyone wonders what exactly will the remastered story be like, or the exact changes consist of, is very simple.
- No unnecessary "bold" words everywhere
- Longer chapters, no short ones, which means all chapters will be from 1000 to 3000 words normally.
- More side arcs happening with a more clear view of other characters to give at least a view for them and not act as they don't exist or not matter.
- More side stories where characters develop their lives outside battles.
- More redefined transformations that feel more deserved than gifted. This means the transformations obtained are going to be from real effort and deserved. The first transformation, Bloodfare Ascension, will remain obtained the same way, but will be much more uncontrolled than originally. This means a more closer reflection with Broly.
- Characters will react more alive and according properly to themselves.
- Raziel won't be capable of using ki from the start as originally did by after becoming a Saiyan and transforming for the first time he defeated Goku in Blue and Vegeta in Blue Evolution by a single blast each. This will mean this moment will be more accordant to Broly similarities and more uncontrolled emotions and power.
- Jiren will be much more firm and serious. This means he will be more accordant to how his mindset is, and when acts, will be straight to the point ignoring everyone and doing what is truly necessary. No short words, no stares standing in front of each other. All will be solved by fighting and proving yourself through battle.
- All characters will have a Power Level set, and will constantly be shown how they progress. This progress will be more constant for those inside Raziel's team, as himself and Caulifla. This power levels will be incorrect to original Dragon Ball and all by my intentions in a more clear and clever way to analyze how strong a character is.
- The Power Level will also be changed into a more refined inside Raziel's menu and STATS. This will allow characters to be more unique in their own ways, and not just be generic in just a single number compared to another number.
- Power Levels will become worthless by itself, as it doesn't really matter and other factors will make the real change, as the Ki, if a character loses one of the three Ki composed elements, experience, etc.
- Raziel's name will remain, but will finally get a different symbolism. In his lore and past is explained, but in here after the fusion is like a new entity, but remains the same name. A quick explanation, Raziel after the fusion was truly was thought about the name, the fusion of Asriel and Chara, but that was all thanks to the potara, as his soul was in an unperfected fusion where both Zeriel and Zarethra remained different, but the potara only finished this fusion. So Raziel as himself was Zeriel, but after the fusion, Raziel was now truly the fusion of those two souls already fused into truly one, and his name finally meant what was truly meant to mean.
With all of this being told, if you want, I can save and let the chapters that are already published to remain but with a mark to make clear they are the Old Version of the story, or just remain the Remastered story alone.
