"What did you do?" Alhai asked Coco as soon as she walked inside the house, his face blank and unamused.
Coco blinked and pointed at herself. "Me?"
"No, Coco." Alhai forced himself to not roll his eyes at her. "I was talking to the door."
"Why would you talk— oh, it was a sarcastic remark." Coco mumbled, feeling slightly embarrassed because she didn't catch the sarcasm right away.
"Yes, it was." Alhai stated and raised an eyebrow. "Now, are you going to tell me why the three of them looked deeply upset after having some alone time with you?"
"Why would you blame me?" Coco retorted back, huffing. "What if they were indeed upset, but not because of me?"
Coco knew that she was spouting bullshits, but who cares? The tone Alhai was using on her made her feel slightly offended because it was as if he was talking to nothing, but a mere child.
Is she being childish? Probably, but she doesn't really care.
