Coco had stayed at Jacques' house for a while longer before she decided that her friend's words were too impossible to be true.
She excused herself from Jacques and waved goodbye to the woman as she went home.
However, the situation at home wasn't pleasing.
"Coco! Welcome back!" Zaque greeted her as soon as she walked through the front door, his face bright with a smile.
Beside him, Quizen seemed like he was about to walk towards the kitchen and only stopped when Zaque spoke up— the first husband's greeting caught the attention of others which caused another head to peek out of the kitchen.
"I'm back." Coco forced out, smiling.
She had just finished dwelling about the reason behind Alhai's unexpected action, but now, she has to dwell on what Jacques said to her.
Coco is starting to catch feelings? To whom? To the mediators?
Coco couldn't help, but scoffed— immediately pushing the memory to the back of her head and proceeded to walk to Zaque.
