3rd Person POV -
In the middle of pacific ocean there is a divine island. Divine because it is shielded by the eyes of the outside peoples and world from the magic of Gods. Specifically Greek Gods. No one from the outside world will ever be able to see it. But accidents can happen.
This place houses thousands of thousands of Amazon warriors. Amazon they are all women known for there beauty and valor. They have lived on this island for thousand of Years.
In the past they all were betrayed and taken as slaves by the Ares and Herculas. It is from the effort of there queen that they were able to free them selves but still the scars have always remained for all the things they went through.
They have never trusted humans especially males till then. And from then they have closed themselves from the world of men and lived on this island. They were also helped by the Greeks God for this.
And on this Island a lone figure was walking on the shores of this island. And of course this figure is of a women. But calling her women will be insult to her.
She was beautiful beyond what is humanly possible. She was easily six foot tall with a slender figure. She has long black hair that were reaching till her back. They were flowing with her every step and the air was flowing through them like a water.
Her eyes is of vibrant blue colors. Just like the sky of summer. So very beautiful that it resonant with the clear sky up ahead. But the most beautiful of her features is her face. It is like her face was carved out of the stone by the most capable Artist. It is a face on which the poets of old time must write there poems.
This figure is of Diana. Diana is the daughter of the Queen of Amazon, Hypolytia. And her father is Zeus. God of sky, lighting, thunder, justice, law and some other things. He is also the King of the Greek Gods.
But she is unaware of the fact that she is a demigod. That she is the daughter of Greek God king Zeus. She spends her days in the protection of her mother. Who just wants to keep Diana on her side.
But everyone on the Amazon have heard the stories of the rebellion of the Greek god of War, Battle, Bloodshed, Violence. ARES. They all have heard the stories how he used a forbidden item from the depth of Tartrus to weaken the other Gods severly and after that he took advantage of this fact and killed hades.
After that he also used this cowardly way to fight against Zeus. The war was fierce. Even the weakend Zeus was a worthy opponent for the Greek God of War. But as the time passes the powers of Zeus started declining and soon he also fell like Hades.
After seeing the battle of hades and seeing the dwindling power of Zeus, Posiden knew that the ending will not change much. And he was also aware of his continuously diminishing power he knew that if he also fell then the end of the remaining Gods will not be quite good.
So he ordered every God to retreat inside the Olympus and then he used his own life force to cast one of the most powerful spells in the world. He effectively closed all the entries inside the Olympus. But his powers and life force after doing this were not able to support him for long and soon he also faded from the world.
It is a story that even people from the outside world is aware so it will be funny if the Amazons were unaware of this fact. Diana was also aware of this battle, Wars of a severely weakend Zeus and Hades with the Ares, Sacrifice of Poseidon to protect the rest of the pantheon.
But what the people from the outside world does not know is the stories they consider myths are quite real. Zeus, Poseidon, Hades and Ares are all real Gods and once they walked among the humans.
Amazons were quite aware of this fact. They knew of Gods, they intracted with them. So they knew that the horrifying act of Ares is quite true. And they also knew that the Ares is alive in the world. The only reason he is avoiding trouble is because of being weak and the fear of the Asgard.
They knew that soon the time of peace will pass and Ares will come back. And after regaining his power he will not leave the Amazons. He will come to kill them. End them entirely. And they are also aware of the last act of Zeus.
Before dying at the hand of Ares Zeus' last attack on Ares severly weakend him. And to end the regime of Ares he hid a God killer weapon in the Island of Amazons, The Paradise Island.
All the Amazons think that the God killer weapon is the sword made by God of Forge himself. But they can not be further from the truth Because only Hypolytia and some of her closest aliens knew that the God Killer weapon is not the sword but the Diana herself.
Daina as a daughter of Zeus was born with Great power and this power further increased by all the blessings she received. If she can control all the powers bestowed upon them then she will be powerful enough to go tow to tow with the Ares.
And with the divine Armor and weapon she can very well defeat him. But this is where things get complicated. because Hypolytia never let her daughter train. She did not tell her the real reason behind her birth. She did not even told her the name of her father.
And without knowing anything she is not able to train properly. Although many of her subordinate were not in favour of her decision but they did not said anything. And thats is how she find herself untrained wondering on the shores of Paradise Island trying to think the reason behind her mother's persistence.
