3rd Person POV -
IN ALFHEIM :-
Alfheim is a place that was said to be loved by nature and light. And anyone will find it true if they visited it once. This place is full of Vegetation and nature. Every known and unknown kind of life forms can be seen here. Be it plants or an animals.
This pace is like a gathering place of all animals. Divine or normal. Many kinds of Divine animal have made this place there home. Lions, Tigers, Sea serpent, Hunting Wolves and the Dragons.
Dragons are the most bizzare scene here. They can be seen flying just above the head of Elves yet they do not try to harm them. Although they live here but never ever any of the Elves that lives here heard of the news that any thing was burned or harmed by the Dragons.
They live here peacefully. And they also do there best to protect the Alfheim. And these animals are one of the biggest protection that Alfheim has. Do not think them as merely some animals. They are all quite powerful. Some of them even reach the level of a Minor God in power. While the most powerful one can fight a fairly powerful God on an equal pace.
No one have ever knows the true power of these animals. Since they were never used for combats. The light Elves treat them as equals not as a commodity of war.
And then there are plants. Almost more then half of Alfheim is covered with them. The forest that covers this place is almost as thick that even walking between them is very difficult. But the strangest part is that it does not matter how thick the forest is but the light of sun can reach over to every single place. Means not a single place is in dark.
Every single place can be seen from afar. The forest of Alfheim is one of the most important place here. And the reason of it can be seen in a single glance. Many many kinds of beautiful plants can be seen here.
These plants are not some simple plants but they are medicines. The medicines of almost all the known diseases in the world. Many of the plants are refelecting the light of the sun and seem to appear as bright, colorful and vibrant.
And many of these actually are full of light. In the dark of the night many of the plants light out with different colors.
In a place like this lives Light Elves. Light Elves are one of the most beautiful creatures in the entire nine realms. They are the beings of nature and light. They are also the beings that are most proficient in the rune magic and healing magic.
Beside some selective beings like Odin, Frigga and some other they are the most powerful magicians in the Norse mythology. And it s very much true. It can be seen from only this fact that the Other Gods have to try very hard to learn the rune magic but the Light Elves, they are like hard wired towards the magic.
They can learn, carve and use runes with much more efficiency. They can also create new runes and it is a very hard thing to do. And then there property in healing magic. One thing others started thinking is that since the light Elves are peaceful beings then they maybe are too afraid to fight.
This is just a misconception. A very very big misconception. It is like they say no one knows how to cut better then the one who knows how to sew it back. And the same is truth for the Light Elves.
Although it is true they are very peace loving beings but it is not truth that they are coward. They can be very leathal if they wished it to be. As like others in the nine realms they are also very proud beings. But at least they forgive easily.
And in the center of this realm is the place where light Elves live and in there center lives there Queen and King in there palace. Right now Baldur was talking with his wife Aelsa.
He said," I have just felt that My brother is not In a very good state of mind. I am going to him.''
Aelsa who was sitting on the Throne with her husband said," What does it feel like? Is it urgent?''
Baldur said,"I can not tell you exactly what I felt but I do think it is urgent.''
Aelsa said,'' If this is the case then I will go as well. He is our family after all.''
Baldur smiled and hugged her hard like he is afraid that she might disappear. Baldur said in happiness, '' Thank you. You are the best.''
Aelsa said,'' It is not about being the best. It is about family. I have never know what a family is. My family was gone even before I became an adult. So I never got to be with them for long.
When I married you, your family welcomed me as its own. And because of this I also have a very big responsibility towards them. So I will go too.''
Baldur said," Yes of course. You can also come.''
After that Aelsa asked,''Do you know where your brother is?''
Baldur said," I think he is in Vanaheim. Do not worry we will go there.''
And then he and his wife went towards the Bifrost. After reaching there Baldur said,'' Heimdal Open the Bifrost to the place where my youngest brother is.''
And just after that Bifrost fell from the sky. But before Baldur and Aelsa can go inside they heard a sound. It was a sound of an arrow being released. Baldur can understand from the sound that this arrow is from him. And before he can turn around and have a look as to who he is, an arrow struck him just above the chest.
The arrow pass through from his chest. And -
