A chain villain was a term Kailen used for certain novel characters during when he read certain novels on earth. Chain villains were like this: if you killed them or humiliated them, their senior brother would come to avenge them.
If you killed that senior brother, another fellow behind that senior brother would come for revenge for the senior brother.
Very soon, you'd realize you are going against a whole gang just because you killed a single person.
Kailen was new to the academy. He didn't want to start a commotion as soon as he got here. Also, he was not too strong at the moment.
