It was all just a theory for now.
However, given what I had seen, it almost felt like it was the truth.

I didn't think so.
I had a feeling that there was a deeper level to Cognitive Shards than I knew. They weren't just a terrible disease that came from the overload of fractures. Perhaps... They were also a gateway into turning a person into an anomaly.
'It's pretty much confirmed from the Conductor, Mirelle, and the Twisted Man that the anomalies all have pasts.'
Pasts in which they were once human.
But what about the Dreamwalker...? Did it have a past?
I had yet to check.
