They all cleared their throat simultaneously as they turned away as though the answer was on their face. Jeon Woo watched them with much attention, 'these two are funny' he thought. "It's okay if you don't want to say anything. I mean we just met so it's normal" said Jeon Woo trying to blackmail them with pity but not these two. The little act Jeon Woo put on did nothing to them.
They are immune to cuteness especially Vincent when it's not from Jae Won. While Akwasi was still in a staring competition with the pasta, Jeon Woo received a text with the notification gaining Vincent and Akwasi's attention. But Vincent immediately focused on his food but Akwasi remembered the little act that happened a few hours ago so he leaned in towards Vincent as he whispered softly into Vincent's ears.
"I think this man is up to no something. At first I thought he might like you but I don't think it's like….i have this feeling he is hiding something from us". Vincent who was busy munching on his pasta and didn't expect to hear such a thing in his precious ears turned to Akwasi with questionable look. Akwasi nodded about to speak when Jeon Woo beat him up to it.
"Is that so? Then what am I hiding from you two?" asked Jeon Woo.
Akwasi who thought he was the best whisperer in the world, "...…"
Vincent who was being disturbed from his food, "...….."
"See, I said so. He could even hear my whisper" said Akwasi now not bothering himself to speak in a low tone. Jeon Woo chuckled as he lowered his head, "I have a sharp ear….that is why I have this scar on my face" he lied at the end. Vincent who was caught between these two shut his mouth up while he focused his food.
"What has sharp ears got to do with your scar. Vince, Vince.." said Akwasi while shaking Vincent preventing him from placing his food into his mouth. He turned to Akwasi once again "what is it?" he asked but Akwasi pouted his lips about to say something when Vincent beat him to it, "you should know by now that this don't work on me if you are not…." Said Vincent as he cleared his throat at the end.
Jeon Woo burst into laughter making Akwasi turned away from Vincent with his back facing him and his arms folded across his chest. Vincent let out a small laughter which Jeon Woo found it attractive and couldn't help but let it out, "so cute, no wonder….*cough cough cough" Jeon Woo said as he lowered his head when he realized what he had blurted out after faking coughing.
Akwasi turned to Jeon Woo about to say something when Vincent phone rang. Vincent picked up the phone making the atmosphere turned quiet like a cemetery. "Okay…..what time?...okay call Min ho to pick you up before you come pick us up...okay goodbye." Vincent hanged up the call only to realize two pair of eyes staring at him, "what?" he asked.
And they simultaneously answered "nothing". "The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. So I get to see him" said Vincent in their native language to Akwasi.
Jeon Woo and Akwasi's gaze met which Akwasi didn't forget to give him a stare which could have sent shivers down any normal person's spine but not Jeon Woo. Instead he laughed. They finished their food which Akwasi couldn't even take one bite and that angered him more. He just woke up and he didn't even get to eat anything.
Jeon Woo walked with them till they got to their apartment that's when he began to act differently. "What is it wierdo?" Akwasi asked making Vincent turned his gaze towards them. Jeon Woo cleared his throat as he took out his phone from his pocket and spoke slowly and softly which wasn't like him when they met this morning.
Akwasi pursed his lips while he shook his head waiting for Jeon Woo to speak. "Uuur, can I get your contact" Jeon Woo asked. 'Finally' Akwasi muttered to himself. Vincent who didn't mind gave out his number as Jeon Woo smiled widely. Akwasi on the other side gave Jeon Woo a stare and as he moved two steps and almost bumped into Seung Jo who was standing right in front of him.
"What's with you people and bumping?" Said Akwasi as he looked up and saw who it was.
But his gaze was on Jeon Woo rather than the man the person he almost bumped into. Akwasi tracked his gaze only to realize it was on Jeon Woo. Akwasi cleared his throat grasping Seung Jo's attention before he spoke, "how long have you been standing here for?" he asked which Seung Jo gave out a fake smile. "Who is he?" Seung Jo asked ignoring the question Akwasi already asked.
Akwasi didn't mind being ignored so he answered him "just a guy Vincent bumped into this morning. Let me aske this question, what's with peaople and bumping?" Seung Jo nodded as he walked up to them.
Akwasi, "...."
Jeon Woo and Seung Jo had a stare down moment with none of them ready to back out. This act didn't escape both Akwasi and Vincent. To Vincent, it was just a stare between two strangers who had just met and with Seung Jo's character within these past few days he had known him he is the over protective kind so he was just being overprotective.
But to Akwasi, those two was having it out with a stare on who might win Vincent's heart. "My guy doesn't disappoint. He turned heads against head wherever he goes" he said to himself as he walked up to Vincent and held his arm. "Let's go, I'm so tired" he pulled him along even without waiting for Vincent to say his goodbye to Jeon Woo.
While they were walking up to the elevator to go up to the room, Akwasi decided now was the time to bring up those two. "I think that staring competition was because of you" said Akwasi waiting for Vincent's reaction but none came. "Aren't you surprised?" he asked and Vincent shook his head before he answered, "no I'm not surprised because you are not making any sense right now."
"But…" he was interrupted by Vincent, "stop with your wild fantasies and go say our goodbyes to Jeon Woo since you didn't give me the chance." Akwasi steps paused as sighed heavily before he turned to go back to the competitors outside.
'Why don't he believe me?' was the thought in Akwasi's mind as he walked up to them and once again his steps paused when he saw the scene right in front of him. "What the hell…" he said to himself as he saw the scene when Jeon Woo and Seung Jo talking as though they knew each other.
The look on Jeon Woo's face was a little different when he was talking to them and another thing was he had lowered his head while speaking to Seung Jo. He was curios to know what they were talking about so seriously he decided to move a little closer to listen in to their conversation.
But what he heard was just Jeon Woo talking gibberish in his ears. Jeon Woo turned his gaze toward him as he smiled before he said, "goodbye Akwasi. Tell Vincent I will call him" as he said this the smile on his face widened as he walked away from them.
Seung Jo turned to Akwasi and the smile on his face was like a father who had just walked his daughter up to the wedding alter. "What is with this look?" he asked. Seung Jo chuckled before he answered "could you believe he wanted to know if Vincent had a boyfriend? So I asked him why only for him to say you mentioned about a boyfriend."
"So?" Akwasi asked.
Seung Jo replied "exactly, that's what I asked also. That's when he said he is interested in Vincent and wanted to know if he indeed have a boyfriend." He laughed after saying that. But Akwasi didn't wait for him to finished laughing when he asked, "What did you say?"
"I said no he doesn't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend that I know of" as he said this he began to walk towards Vincent who was waiting.
He draped his arm around Vincent's shoulder leaving behind Akwasi.
"How was the outing?" Seung Jo asked, his ears perked up like a rabbit ready to listen. "Nothing exciting happened apart from Akwasi blacking out…*laughs."
Seung Jo burst out laughing so hard he turned to look at Akwasi, "I just heard you blacked out because of a ride" said Seung jo with smiles plastered on his face.
Akwasi pretended he wasn't the one being teased as he walked past them after the elevator dinged.
He entered the elevator trying to close it to prevent those two to take it. As the elevator door was closing Akwasi raised his right hand middle finger towards and mouthed "fuck you two" before the door closed.
Seung Jo and Vincent couldn't contain their laughter.
