3rd Person POV -
On a long road there is a car moving towards his destination. In a car on the driver seat is sitting an man in his sixties and next to him on the passenger seat is a girl in his late teens. The man is showing the sign of being bald and although he is old but his eyes are sharp, like he has seen many things in his life. But there is a cunningness in his eyes And time to time he will all round himself like making sure that he is not being followed.
The girl on the side is a beautiful girl that can make any boy take a second look. She has blonde and brown hair that were reaching her shoulder. Her eyes are also brown. In her hands she is playing with a knife and listening to the music in her headset.
Then suddenly the man said,'' Kate You did a good job with those beasts. All of them should be burned like you did.''
Like listening to his word Kate removed the headset and said,'' Well it is over and I am glad of it. So tell me again why are we going to Chris again. I mean I do miss Alison but why are we not on our way to the next hunt?''
Jerad said, '' We are going there because of that boy Alex. He is important.''
Kate said,'' And why he is important?''
Jerad was little angry after hearing this and said,'' Don't you understand anything? Alex is not just a boy anymore, he is the head of the biggest witch coven in the world. The power he has you can not even imagine. The kind of influence he can have on the entire supernatural world is out of our reach.
And let's not talk about his financial and political power. He is one of the richest in the world. With that amount of money he can do anything. Anything at all. So we need him on our side and if we can not get him then he has to be neutral. ''
Kate said,'' So what? Although he is rich and powerful but it does not pose us any threat. I mean these witches were always neutral in the fight between humans and supernatural. And we also respect this boundary so there should not be any problem with this guy.''
Seeing this jerad shook his head and looked at kate with disappointment. Seeing this Kate was quite angry before he can say anything jerad said,''That is the reason I do not want to select you the next head of the family. You do not even understand the power you could hold if you have him in your side. Even if he remains neutral his resources can make your job very easy.
But the more important thing is that before his death his father was suspicious of me of breaking the code. He was interrogating me and everyone of my recent kills. I don't know if he found something and if he did then had he told his son about this. There can be many changes on the basis of this. He can leave our side and choose the side of those animals.''
Kate intrupted,'' Wait a minute, did you have any hands in there deaths?''
Jerad replied, '' No what did you take me for, an idiot. I don't even know if he found something and even if he did the most I.can do is to appease him not to tell anyone. Killing him that is a decision of an idiot. Firstly I don't even know if I am capable of doing so and even if I do have the capability the strom from his murder can not be controlled.
The amount of friends they had and the amount of people they helped if they got any rumor that I have a hand in his death they will not leave even a branch of Argent family alive. They will kill us like a lamb was killed by a lion. So no I do not have any hand in there death. It was like the God is helping us.''
Kate said,'' And you want that I seduced this boy in becoming my puppet.''
Jerad said,'' If you can then why not and if you can't make him your puppet then you become his. And chances of the second are far higher then the first.''
Kate was disgusted by this thought and looked angrily at his father. She said, ''What are you saying that I am incapable of seducing a small boy?''
Jerad looked amused at his daughter and said,'' Did you forgot about those five girls that live with him. Them being there if you can make him your puppet then it can only be a miracle. So remember I don't care what you do but I want you to be succeed in this. Remember and understand it,''
Kate said,'' Okk. Don't worry I will not fail you.''
He said,''I know you will not. But it is important. ''
Kate asked,'' Father what is the origin of these witches?''
Jerad answered,'' No one knows. All is known that they are the oldest of all peoples beside human. They are connected to nature in a most closer way. They are loved by nature. And can use the energies present in nature for different purposes.''
Kate said,'' And what of this williams clan?''
Jerad said,'' They are the most powerful clan of witches and warlock. There family is scattered around the world. But everyone of them is quite powerful. Both economically and magically. And that is why I am telling you to seduce that boy. Okk.''
After that they both were silent the entire way and were thinking.
