As one of the Seven Great Knight Orders, the Temple of Light was already strong. However, with the rise of Reinhardt and his new training methods, the knights became stronger than before.
The high ranking knights were one thing, but even the trainees and recent recruits were fighting like veteran knights. This sort of absurd growth, if one did not witness it with their own eyes, no one would have believed it.
