No doubt the egg was an extremely precious item, so much so that even Reinhardt, with his various cheat-like abilities, could only get hold of only one egg.
In terms of rarity, it was one of a kind, or in other words an SUR (Super Ultra Rare) item that was rarer than even UR (Ultra Rare).
The beast that would hatch out of it will, of course, not be ordinary.
