Days passed, Mingmei and Lie were constantly in news highlights for their very first drama series together. Mingmei was at home and having breakfast, when she saw the news of Zhang Wei getting married to Zixin. She immediately took phone in hand and called Wei.
"Hello, boss, congratulations!" she said.
"Thanks a lot, Meimei" he said.
"So, finally, Mrs. He agreed to your marriage then" she said.
"It was tough to convince her, but as said, it's always better to talk things out and clear the air…" he said.
After hearing his words, she started thinking to herself about Lie's father.
"Hello? Meimei, are you there?" he asked.

"And why did you call her here?" Lie asked.

They all sat together. He offered her tea.

Hearing what he said, both Mingmei and Lie were shocked.
"You were right son; I have always been very ignorant towards how you feel. I was never there for you when you emotionally needed me. I always saw you as a successful and popular person but failed to see your lonely and reserved side…," said Mr. Wang.

Mingmei was back at home, and she was so relieved that finally Mr. Wang has accepted her and Lie together. Now that it's been solved, she was up to the wedding of Zixin and Wei. They were sitting and having chat.
