Chapter 159 - The Maddox test

The clock read eight in the morning when Salin dragged himself to the breakfast table, his hair still messy.

They had arrived in the country in the early hours, back home, overlooking the familiar view from his house.

He sat in the chair.

Jun-ho, who was already there, gave the blond a quick wink. But he soon returned his attention to the reports Sora was projecting onto the laptop screen.

Salin didn't know exactly since when, but Sora was really busy with very serious mafia business. It probably wasn't what their parents had expected. The eldest son marrying a mobster, the second son becoming almost an operation center for the mafia, and the third son… well, it was important to remember that Salin's younger brothers were very close to Jun-ho's younger sister as well.

Their families were entangled. But even so, he didn't feel threatened.

— You two are sick — Salin grumbled, pouring himself some juice. — Who decides to talk about trackers at eight in the morning?
