The grand doors of the suite wardrobe hissed open as Adam stepped out, one hand tucked casually in his pocket, the other reaching up to adjust the silver clasp in his hair.
He gave Priscilla a once-over with a grin that could only be described as shameless, as he being ever so playful did a bow before Priscilla as he said.
"You look lovely today, Lady Priscilla. As always, truly one dress for the past five years truly suits your unmatched beauty."
She blinked, a slight flutter of her lashes betraying her momentary surprise.
Then her nose tilted up in that ever-so-familiar haughty way.
"Hmph. Flattery won't make me go easy on you when we begin testing your powers."
"Wasn't trying to flatter you."
Adam said, sidling up beside her.
"I was just speaking from the heart. You know, as fellow scholars of magic and all that."
She glanced at him sideways, clearly unconvinced, but her lips twitched... Just a little, clearly amused by his obvious advances.
