"These Lords are such a damn problem I swear."
Adam muttered, a weary sigh escaping his lips.
"It's honestly hurts… knowing I can't protect Minerva against people like him."
His voice was quiet for the most part. As a mixture of frustration, helplessness, and guilt all sweep over him.
Echidna, lounging against the rough, stone wall's of the cave, gave a low chuckle at the call of his words.
She understood his frustration greatly.
For the reason she responded back to him.
"It's not that deep, Adam."
She said casually, as if swatting away his worries with words alone.
"You're still thinking in terms of one versus one. That's your mistake within the grand scheme of things. There is always strength in numbers. Even the weakest god in the human world could pose a threat to you, play, play, if backed by the right amount of forces."
