Hm... hah... mm…
"So... hah...," She lets out a hum of approval between her movements. The erotic sounds of skin against skin echo in the room. Her hips slam down on his in a practised rhythm. Her hands hold her breasts as she looks down at him and murmurs shakily. "mhm... so, that man was given bribes by someone... to keep their identity and destination discreet while using the transport agency... hah..?"
"That is right." He replies back, his voice still composed except for some groans which come out of his mouth occasionally. He lies beneath her, one hand casually behind his head and the other holding her shifting thigh. "I must know who bribed him, and...," he shifts his hips once beneath hers and adds with a low groan. "What destination they tried to keep secret."
"I see..." Her hips grind against his for a moment, as her hands find his chest. Her movement becomes faster, making even Cassian tighten his jaw once. "Why are you... hng... investigating this... though?"
His free hand moves to grip behind her neck, his fingers press there firmly as her movements become more frantic. Another groan leaves his mouth. "It's a secret. But this is highly important for me, so don't delay it later."
Her head tilts back against his hand as she immediately leans down, her mouth trails along his jaw in wet, lingering kisses as she slams her hips one final time hard."Hah... As you wish."

In Ryan's House…
The last few days since that kiss between them have left some inevitable marks on their relationship.
Sylvia, as she is, didn't try to make a big deal out of it. On the outside, she has been looking almost the same. Intelligent. Smart. Teasing.
But... Sometimes, she ends up staring at the ceiling for no reason. Sometimes, she ends up making some... typing mistakes during her work, which is unusual for her. She doesn't say it, but something has changed within her, and that kiss might not have been the only thing which did this to her.
Early morning, Friday…
Sylvia stands near the kitchen counter, her hands holding the bread, tomato and other ingredients. She moves with practised motions, cutting the tomato into small slices, taking out the cheese from the packet…
At this moment, Ryan enters the room. He doesn't step fully inside yet, instead he lingers in the doorway. His gaze falls on the counter first.
Sandwiches... and she is making the good ones too.
Then, he shifts slightly as if to enter inside, but involuntarily his eyes track over her back for a moment. He immediately closes his eyes, presses his fingers against his temple as he shakes his head…
Not again... why have I started doing this? Stop. Don't do it.
"Come inside already." She calls over without even looking back. It's hard to say whether she was already aware of his presence from the start or she just noticed right now.
He finally comes out of his dilemma, and her words seem to calm him down instantly. He steps inside, and moves over to stand beside her. He looks over the movements of her hands and comments. "You make good sandwiches."
Her hands pause for a moment, she glances at him sideways and then continues slicing the tomatoes again, though her eyes have narrowed a bit.
Again. He has suddenly started complimenting me for the last few days. Is he trying to... impress me now?
The thought makes her hands move even faster, tomato slices almost fly over to the plates with how her fingers move suddenly.
He notices this, and then just looks away. His fingers fidget with the counter edge. He looks almost... caught.
Silence stretches between them.
Some time later, she slides his plate filled with sandwiches toward him. Her own plate is in front of her, but her sandwiches... have clearly more cheese on them. No, her sandwiches are almost bathing in the cheese. While his...
He looks at his sandwiches. They look starved, as if someone has taken their light from them, and only left the broken bulbs behind.
He lets out a sigh and simply picks up his plate and turns toward the table. He doesn't speak because he knows…
She is punishing me for saying that, huh?
Sylvia doesn't offer the explanation. She is openly discriminating, but she is doing so openly that it looks almost justified.
Both of them take their seats on the chairs and start eating their meals.
She eats her sandwich at a steady pace, her movements still efficient. She doesn't linger to taste it for too long, just enough to feel what she is eating and then gulps.
Ryan eats slowly, however. He searches for the hidden cheese first, eats the dry portion and then finally gets the final taste of the cheese-clad bite at the end, slowly and properly.
Sylvia shakes her head slowly almost in disappointment at his method of eating. She does so without even glancing up from her food. After a moment, she raises her eyebrow slightly and speaks just one word. "Embarrassing."
"Well, what can the 'poor me' do about this?" he replies back. It seems he was already holding back the reply on his tongue.
She doesn't speak afterwards, though her lips shift into a small smug smile.

Later, they finish their breakfast.
Ryan does the dishes, washing them under the tap water. Sylvia has walked to the doorway, she glances back over her shoulder once toward his back, and says. "I am going to do my work now. Tomorrow is a holiday... so, make sure to finish up with your agendas today. We have to go shopping tomorrow. Many things are missing in the household."
She waits for his response, her gaze still on his back.
He nods while washing the dishes. "I am free anyways. And I also need a few things for me from the store."
"...hm."
She walks away after hearing his agreement.
When she has vanished from the kitchen, only then he glances back slightly. After confirming that she is finally gone, he dries his hands with a towel and murmurs. "Shopping... huh?"
He leans back against the counter, a bead of sweat trails down his cheek which he wipes away with a flick of his thumb.
She has gotten more attentive to what I do lately…
He glances once more toward the doorway, focusing for the moment. His eyes scan for any sign of her still lingering there. No shadow on the floor, no sound of her feet. He lets out a sigh and relaxes.
She immediately catches me whenever I am trying to get closer... even when I try to be subtle about it.
"Ugh...", he runs his fingers through his hair once and shakes his head slowly. "Why do I even do that...? It just comes out automatically..."
His head tilts back slowly, eyes staring at the ceiling. The memory of the kiss flashes in his mind again. Her expression. The heat. Her weight on him…
His eyes close slightly. His palm covers his face, and then he exhales…
"God... I want to kiss her again."
