After a long and silent drive, they finally arrived at the office complex, though calling it an "office" was the wrong word to call it. The place looked more like a fortress or a paranoid dictator's palace, built with so many layers of security that even a nuclear bomb would struggle to erase it.
A tall iron fence surrounded the entire area, covered with cameras at every corner. Multiple roadblocks stood in the way, guarded by agents looking like private military wearing full gear with night vision goggles and even on the rooftop were figures walking around. Not even mentioning the armored military vehicles parked at the gates.
It didn't look like the headquarters of an agency meant to protect civilians and the homeland, it looked more like a military base preparing for war.
To be fair, they really were preparing for war all because of something Benjamin had done. It wasn't something he didn't mention to Hector… well, he had activated what the agency called "Code Red."
