Nick stared at the chicken wing in front of him, then looked at Silvanus, suddenly hopping in place. "Silvanus, I can be your attendant for life!"
Silvanus directly stuffed the chicken wing into Nick's still-yammering mouth and said indifferently, "One chicken wing bought you already? You're really cheap, Nick."
Nick gnawed at the chicken with all his might, completely forgetting about the subordinates on the other side who were teary-eyed while chewing on their rations. He said loudly, "Once this mission is done, I'll disband the group right away and then follow you…"
Before he could finish, the subordinates on the other side erupted in protest.
"Big Bro, what are you saying?!"
"Yeah, we won't chase away your love interest next time, come back!"
Nick pretended not to hear them.
He kept eating while tears streamed down his face, muttering, "This is the first time in my life I've ever eaten something this good!"
