Chapter 465 - Reunion

At night, the moon hung high. Silvanus sat in the flower garden, lifting his head to gaze at the moon above, not even knowing what he himself was thinking.

Just then, the sound of footsteps suddenly rang out. Even so, Silvanus did not turn around. It was only when Nana sat down across from him that she spoke, "Care for a drink?"

Silvanus cast her a sidelong glance. Nana was currently wearing only a nightgown, with a thin gauze cloak draped over her shoulders, exactly the same as how she had looked at the seaside at night. Her everyday attire and her sleepwear truly differed greatly.

Silvanus smiled faintly. "What exactly are you trying to numb?"

Hearing that, Nana could not help saying, "Or maybe I drink simply because I think it tastes good."

Good wine? Silvanus was certain he would never be able to feel that. Nana curled her lips in mockery. "Right, I forgot. You can only eat sweet things."
