"Cain, you will be in charge of leading this operation."
Cain immediately bowed his head and replied respectfully, "Understood, Master."
As soon as Silvanus finished speaking, he vanished as well. Nick didn't even have time to say anything.
At that moment, something suddenly occurred to him. He looked at Marax with a hint of confusion. "Why does Silvanus call you Cain?"
Asta also quietly glanced over, trying his best to look like he wasn't paying attention, though in truth he cared so much it hurt.
Cain chuckled and said casually, "Maybe that's just a close nickname."
Hearing this, Asta immediately said, "Then can I call you Cain from now on too?"
Cain didn't say anything. Asta instantly grabbed his hand, looking so sorrowful it was practically tragic. "Please, just give me a chance."
