I followed her as she leaned back against the bed, the mattress dipping under our weight. My heart pounded so hard I could feel it in my ears, but I barely noticed. All I could focus on was her—her lips, her scent, the way her fingers curled into my hair, tugging slightly as she pulled me closer.
She kissed me deeper. Slower.
Every brush of her lips made my skin feel like it was burning from the inside out.
