Chapter 13 - The phantom bike, Going to the watch tower

"Man this took longer than I expected, if not for that damn Satellite I could've finished most of the designs and got more kryptonite for the final version of my K-Reactor but no that clown keeps screwing me over"

Jayden continued to rant as he finished assembling his phantom bike powered by a miniaturized kryptonite energy cell, A smaller, contained copy of his main K-Reactor's energy output.

This version could power a small city for 2 years and it was still a prototype, now why is the bike complete you ask? that's because a month has passed since his conversation with Raven.

During the past month Jayden didn't just maintain balance between school and his superheroing, he also grew exponentially.

Due to his Kryptonian biology, Jayden's cells had already adapted to retain solar energy for weeks at a time a level most Kryptonians only achieved after years of exposure.

But the Speed Force changed everything.

It didn't just amplify his speed, It accelerated his absorption, storage, and cycling of solar radiation.

What should have taken months now happened in days.

His internal reservoir of solar energy deepened into something vast, stable, and almost unquantifiable.

His strength, speed, and stamina took a massive leap forward.

By the end of the month, Jayden's raw physical power was already measuring at nearly 65% of Jonathan Kent's and Conner Kent's peak strength levels despite their years of training and combat experience.

Not only that, during the past month he also learned how to create Speed Force constructs.

Thanks to this, he was able to forge a persona he used to terrorize Gotham's villains as he searched for more Kryptonite.

However, the most important thing he gained came from the satellite's data an abandoned fortress once belonging to Max Lord.

From it, Jayden recovered advanced materials and technology.

That was how he built the Phantom Bike, and his drones the Eyes of El linked directly to its systems.

[ Creator, Miss Raven has been calling constantly to inform you that the 'briefing' at the hall of justice begins in an hour]

Jayden sighed and turned his head, noticing one of the drones floating nearby.

A sleek, spherical machine with angular silver panels and a faint blue glow, one of the Eyes of EL.

Every one of his drones, the Phantom Bike, and even some of his experimental designs were linked into a seamless network, each node feeding real-time data back to Kelex Prime (K-Prime).

K-Prime was the AI Jayden had designed by creating a forked instance of Kelex's core programming, taken from the Fortress of Solitude and repurposed to serve his needs.

Using the Max Lord satellite as its base, he integrated and reprogrammed the intelligence, turning it into the central hub for all his systems drones, vehicles, and experimental designs alike.

"I understand, can you please run the schematics on the bike on one last time before I leave"

[ Affirmative Creator, Initiating full system analysis,Remote piloting interface: online.

Stabilization gyroscopes: calibrated.

Propulsion matrix: fully operational.

Weapon arrays: online.

Sensor suites: operational.

Navigation system: synchronized.

Energy cell containment: verified.

Radiation shielding: stable.

Thermal regulation: optimal.

Structural integrity: uncompromised.

Auxiliary power relays: active.

All systems within operational parameters.

Diagnostic complete, Vehicle ready for deployment]

Jayden grinned with pride as he heard the diagnosis, he turned his head around and looked at the unfinished Starlight ship that was as large as the Waverider and the unfinished Vanguard armored vehicle.

Thanks to K-Prime, Jayden now had access to interstellar travel data complete star maps, navigational routes, and fragments of deep-space relay schematics.

The AI seamlessly integrated this knowledge into the framework of the Starlight ship, embedding long-range charts and propulsion optimizations directly into its core.

Because K-Prime was linked to the abandoned fortress's automated systems, many of its dormant machines had been reactivated and repurposed.

Assembly drones, molecular forges, and fabricators all answered to the AI, allowing it to construct and refine designs on its own once Jayden provided the foundations.

[Creator, May I ask a question]

"You can't keep calling me Creator but sure ask away"

[ Why do you keep avoiding Miss Raven, I noticed that you have been avoiding her since the "incident", Are you avoiding her because you want to create a harem and make Kryptonian hybrids

I don't think she's gonna let that slide she's a possessive woman by nature...or is it because you're afraid of advancing the relationship]

"Who keeps feeding you these stories, where did you even come up with the harem idea... leave this matter alone"

[Very well, According to my calculations the probability of you ending up alone is 100% ]

Jayden sighed and got on the phantom bike, he tapped the dash board as he set up the course of his destination.

"Should I...no that should work"

So then Jayden began to channel the Speed Force around him, and within a second it began.

Golden-white lightning crackled over his body as it formed a biker attire black jacket, matching pants and boots, gloves, and a helmet that slid into place over his head.

On his chest, glowing through the black, was the emblem of the House of El.

"Let's see your capabilities phantom"

....

The field stretched dark and empty before him, the last hints of sunset bleeding into the horizon.

Jayden kicked the Phantom Bike into motion, golden-white lightning dancing across his black biker suit, the House of El glowing faintly on his chest.

The tunnel curved ahead, wide and open, and he leaned into it, the bike sliding up walls for a brief moment before returning to the road.

Cars streaked past, sparks leaping as he passed, but he barely noticed, focused entirely on the flow, on the motion.

The highway twisted and arched, and he pushed the Phantom harder, banking against curves, racing along walls, testing the limits of both himself and the bike.

The tunnel opened onto the outskirts of Metropolis, the city lights stretching across the horizon.

Jayden leaned into the final stretch, the golden-white lightning flaring brighter, guiding him forward.

Within minutes, the Hall of Justice rose before him, illuminated against the night.

He eased the bike onto the plaza, the hum of energy fading slightly, and paused, watching it loom.
