The warriors mainly come from the auxiliary police of the Linghai City Police Bureau's grassroots stations and teams, the security personnel of the Linghai City Police Bureau's security company, the urban management officers of the Linghai City Urban Management Bureau, and young veterans recommended by various towns and communities."
