"I'm the ninth elder of the Jade Pavilion, and I will be your auctioneer today. First, I will explain the rules of the auction house."
The first rule is that no intimidation tactics are allowed during the auction bid.
The second rule is that malicious bids are not encouraged during the auction.
The third rule is that no item will be sold unless the bidder proves they have enough spirit coins. They have until the auction house closes today to pay and collect their item.
If they fail to do so, it is considered a malicious bid, and they will be swiftly killed or captured and made to work for the Jade Pavilion until they pay the amount, or someone redeems them after paying the amount they bid.
If anyone finds the rules unsuitable, they can leave. I will give you two minutes to think about it, and if no one leaves, I will assume everyone agrees to the rules and will start the auction.
