She turned her face to the other side as soon as she saw him. She felt angry and frustrated. He walked towards her, closing the space between them.
"You're leaving?"
"I am leaving, since you brought me here to waste my time,"
Bradford rubbed his head. It wasn't his plan that he should keep her waiting for so long. She definitely looked furious as if she wanted to punch him in the face.
Her clothes were slightly covered with water droplets, as well as her face.
"I'm sorry. I waited here, but something important came up and I had to leave."
She still had her hand folded across her chest. It seemed like she wasn't buying Bradford's excuses.
"You were leaving already?" He asked as he carefully observed the car that was there to pick her up.
She didn't respond to him. Instead, she got into the passenger seat and ordered the driver to get going.
"Wait!" Bradford called out, hitting lightly on the driver's window until he wound down.
