Chapter 70 - Aryan realize the truth

Aryan froze at Marco's words, his body going still as if time itself had stopped moving. I would have followed you… The confession struck deep, melting the ice wall he had built within himself — the very one that had kept him from falling apart all these times.

He wanted to hate Marco, to stay angry for everything that had happened — the heartbreak, the nights of endless silence, the days when breathing itself felt like a punishment. But in that single moment, with Marco's trembling eyes looking up at him, Aryan felt his anger dissolve.

Understanding Marco's situation, made him soften. But what happened can't be rewrite or something. The world had already moved on, dragging them with it. Their paths, once entwined, had split too far apart unable to ever crossed again.

Not saying anything, Aryan try to do for what he came. Paying the bill, he took Marco with him.

Both stayed silent, even though there was so much left unsaid
