------------

Noah's head hurt, terribly so.

Because Noah never dreamed that when he arrived at the top floor of the New York Sanctum, he would see a giant green-skinned man, bare-chested and with a straw hat covering his head!

If someone knew nothing, they would probably immediately question their sanity and then try to shout,

"For the Horde!"

But the problem was, when Noah, who knew things, saw this scene, besides his head aching, there was nothing else.

Immediately, Noah wondered if this guy had gone to the wrong timeline while traversing the quantum tunnel, from a simple 'Marvel Cinematic Universe' to this integrated Marvel world.

"What the hell is this?" Noah rubbed his forehead helplessly: "Did this guy go to the wrong timeline?"

Slowly walking forward, Noah indeed saw a guy in a soul state pestering Ancient One, saying something.

However, Ancient One completely ignored this guy, which made Noah only lament his own destructive power and, incidentally, pity how unlucky this 'Bruce Banner' truly was.

"Hmm? Noah."

Just as Ancient One was about to send this Dr. Banner back to figure things out, she suddenly noticed Noah standing awkwardly by the side.

"Teacher." Noah nodded towards Ancient One, then had to feign confusion as he looked at the soul-state Banner:

"Dr. Banner? Weren't you downstairs? How did you get here?"

"I..." The soul-state Banner looked somewhat embarrassed. Finally, he could only scratch his head helplessly: "I... I'm not from this timeline, nor am I from this world."

"He's from another parallel universe."

Ancient One glanced at the soul-state Banner, then finally explained to Noah: "Their timeline is ahead of ours. They seem to have encountered some great trouble, and he came over wanting to borrow something from us."

"Is that so?" Noah pursed his lips, thought for a moment, then asked: "Did you come alone?"

This question had to be clarified. Noah remembered that after these guys messed things up, especially Tony and the others, Loki ended up running off with the Tesseract.

Although Noah was sure that such a thing shouldn't happen here, given that Thanos had malicious intent towards Loki, he wouldn't go seeking death. So, the probability of him escaping was relatively small, but Noah was worried that this guy might try to have a deceptive conversation with Thanos and get himself entangled.

If it was just him, it would be fine, but if he got something like the Tesseract involved, that would be a pain.

"We... a group of us came together." The soul-state Banner thought for a moment and said: "But for some reason, I got separated from them."

"A group of you? Tony? Rogers? Barton? Natasha? And Thor?" Noah recalled the original plot and then listed all the names he 'currently' knew.

"More than just them, but it's close." The soul-state Banner looked at Noah strangely: "By the way, you know them? Why haven't I seen you in the future?"

"Of course I know them, because they're fighting outside right now." Noah pointed to the sky outside, where fireworks were constantly exploding, and said with a slight amusement: "They're fighting alongside the wizards right now."

At this point, Noah basically concluded that this unlucky guy probably came to this world inexplicably because their system had a problem or something. And Steve, Tony, and Ant-Man (whose name Noah had forgotten) went to the correct world, which is why he was separated.

"Wizards..." The soul-state Banner suddenly realized something was amiss. He asked hesitantly: "Are they the wizards like Strange?"

"Who is Strange?" Noah had to feign surprise and look at the soul-state Banner: "Is he a wizard?"

"Yes, and he seems to be some kind of Sorcerer Supreme" The soul-state Banner began to explain, but his words were cut off by Ancient One.

"Alright, that's your universe's affair, it's different from ours." Ancient One's tone was calm and undeniable. Her single sentence made the soul-state Banner immediately dare not speak further.

"Noah, if there's no accident, the Strange he mentioned should be their Sorcerer Supreme."

After seeing the soul-state Banner fall silent, Ancient One turned back to explain to Noah: "However, our universes are different. Even if some things are very similar or the same, our essence is different."

Noah nodded as if in deep thought, though in reality,

Noah knew everything.

In the original story, Banner explained that the places they went to would be parallel universes because you couldn't change what had already happened. If you did, that world would become another branch, developing into a different universe.

Perhaps the only one who did that without any consequences was Captain America, but he paid a heavy price. For seventy years, he had to live in anonymity, suppressing his inner impulses no matter what happened. Even the death of his good friend Howard Stark and the continuous brainwashing of his close friend Bucky, he couldn't do anything.

For him, it was a torment. Of course, his gains were also good; at least he finally got a good rest for so many years and enjoyed a love he had always dreamed of.

Noah wasn't sure if the effort and reward were proportional; this question primarily depended on individual feelings.

"Oh! Damn it! How did this place become like this?"

Just as Noah was lost in thought, the soul-state Banner suddenly shrieked, pulling Noah back to reality. Because what Noah had just said made him feel that this place seemed different from the New York battle he remembered, which led him to observe the current situation closely.

It was better not to observe and just focus on finding the New York Sanctum. Now, upon careful observation, he realized that the situation truly seemed to be very wrong!

Looking at the Chitauri flying everywhere, and the wizards unleashing terrifying magic, the soul-state Banner felt a sense of inner collapse.

What the hell is going on?

Why didn't he have so many helpers when he participated in this battle back then?

Also, is this Manhattan Island? It's practically sinking!

What exactly is happening? Where are Tony and the others?

"What in the world is going on here?" The soul-state Banner immediately asked loudly: "What happened to Manhattan? Where are the residents who lived here? And why is that wormhole in the sky so huge? What is happening?"

"I say, can you ask your questions one at a time?" Noah rolled his eyes. This guy really had a million questions.

After some thought, Noah directly replied: "Manhattan is, as you can see, almost sinking. As for the civilians, they were evacuated long ago. However, I haven't quite figured out what's going on with that wormhole."

"That's my fault." Ancient One immediately interjected after Noah finished speaking: "The size of the wormhole was something I was suppressing, but this gentleman's arrival and what he said distracted me slightly.

However, I don't think this should be a problem for you, Noah?"

"Indeed, it's not a problem." Noah nodded: "With ten Sorcerer Supremes helping, it's no problem at all."

Alright, confirmed. Apparently, this wormhole was

indeed suppressed by Ancient One to prevent it from expanding directly. This made Noah sigh. It seemed he really couldn't keep thinking about these problems in a movie-like way anymore. Noah even felt that in the movies, Ancient One was suppressing this wormhole all along.

Training the future Guardian of Earth was indeed important, but they couldn't just let them accidentally die during this training, right?

So, Ancient One coming to New York wasn't just about

watching Thanos. Odin might even be secretly observing.

"Evacuated beforehand?" Although the soul-state Banner couldn't quite understand what the two unfamiliar wizards in front of him were saying, he couldn't help but ask: "Isn't all of this Loki's conspiracy? How did you prepare beforehand?"

"It's simple, Loki defected." Noah shrugged indifferently:

"After I caught him, I discovered his situation he was unknowingly controlled, so I found a way to solve his problem, and he defected."

The soul-state Banner was stunned. Although Noah's explanation was simple, it was too convenient, wasn't it?

Shaking his head, the soul-state Banner continued to ask:

"So what's the deal with these wizards?"

"They are wizards from various magical communities."

Noah suppressed a smile and said, as if it were the most natural thing in the world: "Is that strange? Every country has its own magical community and its own Ministry of Magic, so naturally there are a lot of wizards. Is it strange for me to ask them to participate in the battle?"

The soul-state Banner fell silent this time. Strange?

How could it not be strange?!

If Banner's own composure wasn't good enough, he would have started cursing! What was this?

Why had Strange never mentioned such a thing?

Finally, the soul-state Banner took a deep breath and looked at Noah: "Can I ask you one last question?"

"Please do, Mr. Banner from another universe." Noah glanced at Ancient One. After Ancient One nodded, Noah said with a smile.

"Who exactly are you?" The soul-state Banner looked seriously at Noah and Ancient One: "Why haven't I seen you in our world?"

"Didn't my teacher already answer that question?"

Noah spread his hands: "Many different things happen in different universes, there's nothing strange about it. As for me, my name is Noah Finnell, a wizard. This is my teacher, Ancient One, and she is also the current Sorcerer Supreme."
