At that moment, the two slaves of the Celestial Dragons had already hurried forward, stopping just a short distance from Will. Their eyes burned with murderous intent as they glared at the man who dared to disrupt their masters' amusement.
"These two guys… they've really gone and turned themselves into the Celestial Dragons' pets, huh…" Will observed their expressions and reactions, his gaze growing colder than the swirling snowstorm around them. "I've got to hand it to you—you've both managed to piss me off even more!"
Hearing this, the short-haired man on the right darkened his expression. Without a second thought, he charged forward in a wild sprint. As he closed in, he swung his fist with full force, holding nothing back.
"Die!"
Bang!
A loud impact echoed through the air as the short-haired man's fist slammed squarely into Will's chest. Yet Will didn't even flinch. Frowning, he muttered, "What are you messing around with?"
"What?! How is this possible?!" The short-haired man recoiled in shock, instinctively stumbling back a couple of steps. The long-haired man, who hadn't yet made a move, looked equally stunned.
"Stop wasting time! Hurry up and deal with this insect!" An impatient voice suddenly cut through from behind them. It was Saint Charlos speaking. He had no interest in watching this dull brawl.
At their master's command, the two slaves' faces twitched. Without hesitation, they sprang into action.
In an instant, their bodies began to undergo a dramatic transformation. Thick fur sprouted rapidly across their forms.
"Oh? This is… a Devil Fruit?!" Will's eyebrow arched, a flicker of excitement stirring in his chest. "Didn't expect a little surprise like this." Amid the terrified stares of the surrounding slaves, the two Celestial Dragons' lackeys completed their transformations in a flash.
What now stood before everyone were two massive beasts!
The short-haired man had turned into a hulking yak, covered in thick, rugged fur, with sharp horns protruding from its head. The long-haired man, meanwhile, had become a towering brown bear, its razor-sharp fangs and claws gleaming, standing taller than Will himself.
"Heh, look at this guy—he's probably scared stiff by now," the yak sneered, noticing Will standing motionless. Before it could say more, the brown bear cut in sharply.
"Enough! Let's finish him off together. If we keep dragging this out and the master blames us, we're in for it. You don't want to face his punishment later, do you?"
At those words, a flash of human-like fear crossed the yak's eyes, as if recalling some horrific memory. It wasted no more time. Lowering its head, it charged forward, its twin horns aimed straight at Will's chest. The bear followed close behind, galloping on all fours with surprising speed.
Facing the oncoming yak, Will didn't even bother dodging. He reached out, grabbed its horns with one hand, and halted its charge in an instant. Then, using just that single hand, he began wrestling with the beast.
"What?! This can't be!" Feeling the terrifying strength coursing through its horns, the yak's eyes widened in panic. Its hooves frantically scraped at the ground, trying to shove Will back. The solid rock beneath cracked and pitted from the effort, but Will's feet didn't budge an inch.
Just then, the bear reached him. Rearing up to its full height, it brought its massive paws crashing down.
Boom!
A thunderous collision rang out! Yet Will, who should've been flattened, stood unscathed. Instead, the attacking bear suddenly reared back, spewing a gush of blood before collapsing with a heavy thud.
Will slowly withdrew his left hand, his expression icy as he spat, "Who gave you permission to touch me with those filthy, ground-crawling paws, you mongrel?"
With that, he turned his gaze to the yak still in front of him. His right hand, still gripping the horns, tightened. With a sudden burst of strength, he hoisted the entire beast into the air!
In the yak's disbelieving stare, Will swung it around like a ragdoll, smashing it into the ground over and over!
Boom—Bang—Boom—Bang—BOOM!!
With one final deafening crash, the yak lay limp in a crater, its eyes glazed over as it stared blankly at the snowy sky. Blood trickled from its mouth, its mind lost in a daze. The bear, which had been caught in the chaos and smashed twice by the flailing yak, was now half-buried in the ground, eyes rolled back, unconscious. Its fur receded rapidly, reverting it to the long-haired man.
Will glanced at the two fallen slaves, his eyes brimming with disappointment. "Heh, such weak Devil Fruit users," he scoffed.
At that, the dazed yak snapped back to its senses. With a furious roar, it staggered to its feet, shifting into a hybrid beast-man form. "You damned bastard! How dare you look down on me?!" it bellowed, charging at Will again. "Who do you think I am?! I'm a proud slave of the noble Celestial Dragons!"
Will had half-expected some grand revelation from the outburst, but hearing such ear-grating nonsense instead, his face darkened instantly.
"Die—!" The hybrid yak, blind with rage, didn't notice Will's shift in mood. It swung a heavy hoof at his head.
Will didn't even bother responding. He drove a single, devastating punch straight into the yak's wide-open chest.
Tekkai: Boulder Breaker!
Boom!
A muffled explosion rang out as a shockwave blasted the surrounding snow away! The yak-man spat blood skyward, but before it could even hit the ground, Will stepped forward, seized its neck, and lifted it high with a chilling glare.
"S-Spare me… please spare my life…" it whimpered. "I… I don't… want to die…"
Under the crushing fear of death, the beast-man instinctively begged for mercy. That punch to its chest had felt like its heart stopped dead. Yet moments later, a strange clarity washed over it—pain fading, senses sharpening. Though it didn't understand why, a flicker of hope sparked: maybe it could turn this around. Feigning weakness, it kept pleading to lull Will into dropping his guard.
But Will's expression didn't waver. His eyes remained frigid as he stared at the blood-drooling, groveling figure in his grasp.
Crack!
Without giving it another second to babble, Will clenched his hand and crushed its neck bones to dust. He tossed the body aside as it began reverting to human form.
Slowly turning around, Will's voice cut through the air, laced with killing intent. "Who's next?"
