"R-really?" I swallow with a dry throat. "Now?"
"Yeah," Miko is smiling as he raises his eyebrow lazily. "Why? Don't you want to? Are you nervous?"
I am. So much so, I think my whole body is shaking slightly when faced with such a proposal. "I have thought about it, but I never allowed myself to think of it."
"Why?"
"Because you make me nervous and shy all at the same time. Being with you like that is so intense for me, I don't know if I would be any good anyway."
"I make you nervous?" he asks as he trails his finger up my neck to cup my cheek.
"So much," I admit, with a breathy whisper. "I like you a lot, and in times like this, I get flushed and flustered when you look at me like you are looking at me."
