After my contemplation and analysis, I finally have some understanding. 'The Buddha originates from the Tao' has two interpretations, one is the great Tao, and the other is Taoism."

Heavenly Emperor Hao Tian continued to analyze, "It should not be Taoism. Buddhism and Taoism are vastly different; how could it be that the Buddha originates from Taoism?
Therefore, that 'Tao' must be referring to the Heavenly Dao.
The general trend is converging. Buddhism is greatly flourishing, which means the Heavenly Dao is on the side of Buddhism, and thus 'the Buddha originates from the Tao' is formed."
