Chapter 369 - Chapter 370 General Zod

Outside Metropolis, the nation's army was stationed, and at the very front of these troops, a black spaceship floated in the air.

The Black Zero.

A Kryptonian military spaceship.

General Zod waited with his eyes closed.

"It's been 24 hours, still no news?"

"Yes, General."

Fiora answered respectfully, standing rigidly to the side, her eyes showing the steadfastness and coldness of a soldier.

"Then act. We'll turn this Planet upside down if we have to, to find that Kryptonian child."

General Zod's eyes were ruthless, all for Kryptonian.

Bang!

A large hole suddenly appeared in the warship's wall, and a strong airflow instantly surged in, blowing items within the cabin everywhere.

Two people suddenly appeared in front of Zod, the 'S' on their chests indicating their identity.

The surrounding Kryptonian soldiers reacted quickly, instantly aiming their guns at these two uninvited guests, the black muzzles glowing with a dangerous blue light.

"Put down your guns, these are our Kryptonian children."

General Zod ordered, a flicker of doubt in his eyes.

There should only have been two children in the escape pod, why are there three?

"Kara Zor-El, child, that is your name."

General Zod looked at Qinuo, wondering who held the Codex. If he could, he truly didn't want to harm the Kryptonian children.

"Karl-El, you can also call me Qinuo."

Qinuo intended to keep up the act, at least until he found the real Karl-El.

Fiora's expression changed, and just as she was about to say something, General Zod raised a hand to stop her, giving Qinuo a deep look.

As a Kryptonian military Commander, he understood Qinuo's meaning; the true Codex was on Kara. At the last moments of this little girl's life, he didn't want her to know this cruel news.

"Then Karl, Kara, welcome back to the Kryptonian spaceship."

General Zod tried to make his tone sound gentler.

Kara looked around at the Kryptonians, they were so serious, without any sense of closeness.

"You're mistaken."

Qinuo instantly vanished from their sight, taking the main pilot's seat of the spaceship.

"You should say, 'Welcome the King of Kryptonian back to his spaceship.'"

All the Kryptonians' expressions changed, and they raised their energy gun muzzles, pointing them at Qinuo.

"You want to be the King of Kryptonian?"

General Zod slowly turned around, his gaze filled with scrutiny and inquiry.

"That's right, the task of rebuilding Kryptonian will be taken over by me. This warship belongs to me, and you only need to obey my commands."

These arrogant words directly made Fiora laugh in anger.

"Let me see what gives you such a big mouth."

She stomped her foot hard, and a sonic boom instantly appeared on the spot, her entire being like a black lightning bolt, rushing towards Qinuo.

Kara was about to intercept.

Boom!

The entire spaceship suddenly plummeted, embedding itself into the ground, and the army Commander outside also looked gravely at the spaceship.

Except for Kara, all the Kryptonians' knees slammed onto the floor, creating one large hole after another.

"Of course, it's by strength. This is how you should approach your King!"

Qinuo's majestic gaze swept over everyone.

Kara felt that Qinuo was so strange at this moment, wondering if she should also kneel. Her legs just bent slightly.

"Kara, you don't need to kneel. Stay to the side and watch."

Qinuo smiled helplessly, why was this girl so silly.

"Oh."

Kara relaxed, this was more like Qinuo.

General Zod and Fiora supported themselves on the floor with their limbs, their faces flushed, veins bulging on their foreheads. They desperately tried to stand up again.

Although their own strength was still there, it was as if a towering mountain was pressing on their backs, making it impossible for them to move an inch.

"Who exactly are you?!"

General Zod asked with difficulty.

The battle had ended before it even began.

"Karl-El, you can also call me Qinuo or Leader."

Qinuo looked at General Zod and Fiora, who were still struggling, and silently added more pressure with his biological field.

Bang! Bang!

Two muffled thuds, and the metal floor directly caved in, embedding the two of them.

"Tell me your answer: follow me to rebuild Kryptonian, or die here."

Qinuo looked down.

General Zod gritted his teeth, squeezing out a few words: "You think this will make us yield?"

Although his body was firmly suppressed by Qinuo's powerful strength, he kept trying to stand up.

Fiora roared in anger: "Dream on! We've been planning for Kryptonian's rebirth for years, how could we easily hand over our hope to some guy who appeared out of nowhere!"

The other Kryptonians were also like this; as their emotions surged, they spontaneously generated biological force fields to resist the suppression on them. A storm surged throughout the spaceship, and the metal floor emitted a harsh, deforming sound.

Qinuo greatly admired these Kryptonians.

The courage to resist is always worthy of praise, but unfortunately, this courage should not be directed at him.

Red light shone in his eyes. He really wanted to know how long these Kryptonians' wills could last in the face of a life trap.

A blue figure blocked Qinuo's vision.

"Qinuo, can you not kill them?"

The entire cockpit was silent.

General Zod and the others never expected that the one who would ultimately stand up to save them would be this girl, Kara, whom they had originally intended to kill, and before that...

For a moment, even General Zod felt some shame and guilt, and his resolve to save Kryptonian wavered for a second.

The other Kryptonians looked up at Kara's back, her red cape fluttering in the dim lights of the spaceship, appearing particularly striking.

In a daze, it was as if she were the scorching Red Sun of Kryptonian, radiating warmth and hope.

Qinuo stared blankly at Kara.

Although he knew that any Kara would be innocent and kind.

But he really didn't expect that Kara, after being imprisoned and tortured for several years and experiencing some bloodshed, would still maintain such a pure heart.

Seeing Qinuo not speaking, Kara thought he was angry and said somewhat timidly.

"Qinuo, don't be angry. I'm not trying to stop you from subduing them. I just think that our own people shouldn't kill each other."

"You think that way, but they might not."

Qinuo said.

Hearing Qinuo's words, the other Kryptonians lowered their heads and remained silent, their long-held resolve tormented by guilt and a sense of wrongdoing.

They were not heinous criminals, but merely a group of survivors drifting in the Universe, solely focused on saving Kryptonian.

"What do you mean?"

Kara was puzzled?

"It means nothing."

Qinuo skipped the topic, pulled Kara, who was blocking his way, to the side, looked at General Zod, and released the biological field that was suppressing them.

If coercion didn't work, then temptation would.

General Zod and his subordinates slowly stood up, looking at Kara with complex expressions.
