Chapter 381 - Chapter 382 Future Flash

In the end, Qinuo did not make a move, because Apokolips had already been cut in half by the closed Boom Tube.

The falling Planet fragments were effortlessly erased by Qinuo.

Then he looked at Earth.

Two flashes of lightning, one red and one blue, like nimble light snakes, wildly traversed the map of Earth.

One moment they appeared in a city full of skyscrapers, where the neon lights flickered non-stop, shaken by the strong winds of their rapid passage.

The next moment they reappeared beside the mysterious and ancient Egyptian pyramids, stirring up a sky full of desert sand.

The entire Earth, at this moment, became their frantic racetrack for a decisive battle, with every traverse causing a howling wind.

Barry watched the constantly chasing blue Flash in his peripheral vision; no matter how much he increased his speed, he still couldn't shake him off.

The blue Flash kept questioning him.

"Why did you come here? Why did you change everything you finally had? Isn't the World I created the one you've always dreamed of?"

"But such a World shouldn't come at the cost of lives from another World, and what you created won't last long at all. Brother Qinuo said that what you're doing will only lead to the complete destruction of both Worlds."

Barry retorted.

"Don't mention him to me!"

As soon as he heard Qinuo's name, the blue Flash ignited like a powder keg, instantly enraged.

The blue lightning around him erupted like a volcano, and he grabbed the lightning on his body, flinging it towards Barry, filling the air with a pungent ozone smell.

Phase shift.

Barry's body vibrated, passing through a nearby house.

He used the house wall to block the blue lightning, which blasted a large hole through it, and the flying dust was instantly scattered by the strong winds generated by their rapid running.

The blue Flash's body blurred as he passed through the large hole and broken bricks, closely following Barry, continuously throwing lightning from his hand.

"If it weren't for him, how could you not dare to change time? If it weren't for him, how could your speed get slower and slower? If it weren't for him, why would I suffer one tragedy after another?!"

His voice was filled with deep-seated hatred.

Barry could only constantly use houses, cars, and trees to block his attacks.

"What does it have to do with Brother Qinuo? He's not a hero."

Barry was full of doubt; in his heart, Qinuo, though mysterious, had never shown malice, yet this crazy blue Flash was full of hatred for Qinuo.

"I told you not to mention him!"

The blue Flash suddenly erupted, his speed instantly increasing to a terrifying level.

He was like a blue meteor, instantly surpassing Barry and getting in front of him.

So fast!

Barry just felt a blur before his eyes, and before he could react, he was grabbed by the collar.

The surrounding scenery was distorted as if by a rapidly spinning kaleidoscope, blurring into a mass of light and Shadow.

Bang!

The blue Flash slammed him hard into the Sphinx, creating a human-shaped indentation in the ancient stone statue, with rubble crumbling down.

Immediately after, he picked up Barry like a chicken and began a crazy "torture journey."

They crashed into the North Pole glacier, creating huge cracks in the millennia-old ice, and seawater surged in.

They crashed onto desert rocks, shattering the hard rocks and raising a sky full of dust.

They crashed into a dense forest, breaking thick trees in half, with broken branches and leaves scattering everywhere.

Bang, bang, bang! The sounds of Impact were like dense drumbeats, constantly echoing across the World, leaving behind human-shaped craters.

His speed far exceeded Barry's; Barry, in front of him, was no different from an ordinary person facing a speedster.

And Barry was like a punching bag, held in the blue Flash's hand as he vented his emotions.

One second later, the blue Flash returned to their original position, on a city street, carrying Barry, and threw him to the ground like trash.

Barry lay on the ground, gasping for breath, his once vibrant red suit now stained with various impurities, covered in dirt and rubble, looking dilapidated.

The blue Flash's chest heaved violently, still clearly seething with unspent anger.

After a while, he slowly said,

"I won't kill you. I will once again take your Speed Force and throw you back to your previous World. Don't try to gain Speed Force again. Stay peacefully by your parents' side.

Otherwise, I will cut off your legs and make you spend your life in a wheelchair."

Barry remained on the ground, not getting up, only asking,

"Tell me, who exactly are you? Otherwise, no matter how many times, I will come back."

His voice was very weak, without any deterrence.

But the blue Flash knew he was telling the truth; it was this kind of stubborn guy who would become the Flash.

"I am you, the Future Flash, the regretful Flash, the tragic Flash."

He slowly took off his mask, revealing the weathered face of a middle-aged Barry.

"Why..."

Barry looked at this familiar yet strange face, his eyes a mix of shock, confusion, and incomprehension.

The Future Flash gave a bitter smile, his eyes full of weariness and the marks of time.

"Do you think the Speed Force can bring everything? In the future, one tragedy after another made me realize that the Speed Force is nothing more than an illusory gift.

I once tried to change the past, to create a World without pain, but no matter how I changed it, I would always return to the starting point, until someone came and told me.

Because the main timeline's you didn't choose to change the past, my World could never change either. It's all because of that Qinuo; he is an anomaly. He doesn't appear in any other World, only in your World."

Barry sat up, looking at this weathered Barry Allen with a complex expression, and asked in confusion,

"But Brother Qinuo has never harmed me, and has even helped me a lot."

"Hahahahaha, of course he would help you, because only you can generate Speed Force. Only if you live well can he obtain an endless supply of Speed Force, and because of his plundering, my speed became so slow, always one step behind in the face of tragedy."

"Who told you all this?"

"A madman."

Mentioning that person, the Future Flash instinctively felt fear. He didn't even know why he was afraid, having only met him once.

"I'm done answering your questions. Now it's time for you to fulfill your promise. Never come back again. I'm taking the Speed Force. You, living in a peaceful World, don't need this."

With that, he reached out to grab Barry.

Snap!

His wrist was caught, and the Future Flash's eyes turned cold.

"Still want to resist? Your body currently has widespread fractures and internal bleeding. Even if you have Speed Force, it would take an hour to recover your ability to move... You're not injured!"

The Future Flash watched in disbelief as Barry agilely stood up.

"Brother Qinuo gave me a new suit. He said it was very durable. I didn't expect it to be this durable; I don't feel any pain at all."

Barry smiled and patted the dust off his clothes. Under the red suit, there was a subtle purple hue.

"So what if your suit's defense is strong? If your speed isn't as fast as mine, you're just a punching bag!"

No sooner had he spoken than blue lightning surged around the Future Flash, and the World instantly slowed down. His fingers joined into a hand blade, vibrating, and he thrust it towards Barry's exposed eyes.

Become blind!

He wouldn't kill Barry; Barry's survival would serve as an anchor point for another timeline.

The patterns on Barry's suit lit up, releasing all the absorbed kinetic energy, transforming into an Impact wave that sent the Future Flash flying.

The Future Flash hadn't expected this move at all.

He tumbled in the air, then turned into a rolling gourd, rolling several times on the ground before dragging his hand on the surface, barely stopping in a pathetic prone position.

He slowly clenched his hand, grabbing the dirt on the ground.

He slowly raised his head, and his already cold eyes were now filled with endless killing intent.

"You wasted your last chance!"
