The phone rang a few times, then was picked up.
"Jiashu."
A robust voice came through the receiver, slightly surprised:
"What wind brought you here today? Has everything been well lately?"
"Still okay, what about you?"
Cheng Jiashu's face showed no expression and his voice maintained calm and composure.
They exchanged a few pleasantries.
Cheng Jiashu candidly revealed his purpose:
"Uncle, I've run into some trouble and I'd like your help to investigate an organization called 'Noah'."
There was silence on the other end for a few seconds, then slowly spoken:
"Noah? How did you get involved with them? This organization... they aren't easy to deal with."
"I know."
Cheng Jiashu's voice remained unruffled, repeating his request:
"I need to know about their origin and all the bases and key members of this organization in East Capital by noon tomorrow."
Another short silence ensued, seemingly weighing the pros and cons.
