CHAPTER 4.5 - UNDERSTANDING THE POWER SYSTEM

---

[•]Monster Ranks & Evolution

[•]Monster Rarity Stages:

[1] Normal → [2] Elite → [3] Excellent → [4] Superior → [5] Legendary

[•]A monster's maximum level is determined by:

(Rank × Base Level of That Rarity)

Base Levels by Rarity:

Normal Base Level = 2

Elite Base Level = 4

Excellent Base Level = 6

Superior Base Level = 8

Legendary Base Level = 10

[•]Level Progression by Rank:

✔ Normal Rank: (Base Level = 2)

Rank 1 = 2 × 1 = 2

Rank 2 = 2 × 2 = 4

Rank 3 = 2 × 3 = 6

✔ Elite Rank: (Base Level = 4)

Rank 1 = 4 × 1 = 4

Rank 2 = 4 × 2 = 8

Rank 3 = 4 × 3 = 12

✔ Excellent Rank: (Base Level = 6)

Rank 1 = 6 × 1 = 6

Rank 2 = 6 × 2 = 12

Rank 3 = 6 × 3 = 18

✔ Superior Rank: (Base Level = 8)

Rank 1 = 8 × 1 = 8

Rank 2 = 8 × 2 = 16

Rank 3 = 8 × 3 = 24

✔ Legendary Rank: (Base Level = 10)

Rank 1 = 10 × 1 = 10

Rank 2 = 10 × 2 = 20

Rank 3 = 10 × 3 = 30

[•]Spirit Power & Taming Limit:

Spirit Power determines how many and what rank of monsters a person can tame.

The more Spirit Power a person has, the more monsters they can tame. Each monster rank requires a certain amount of Spirit Power to tame, and higher-ranked monsters take up more Spirit Power.

1 Spirit Power = 1 Rank 1 Monster

This means, for every point of Spirit Power, a person can tame 1 Rank 1 Monster. But as the rank of the monster increases, it requires more Spirit Power.

[•]Example:

Spirit Power 50 = Can tame 5 Rank 10 Monsters

(Each Rank 10 monster requires 10 Spirit Power, so 50 ÷ 10 = 5)

Spirit Power 200 = Can tame 20 Rank 10 Monsters

(Each Rank 10 monster requires 10 Spirit Power, so 200 ÷ 10 = 20)

The higher your Spirit Power, the more monsters you can tame, and you can tame higher-ranked monsters!

For example, if a person has 200 Spirit Power, they can tame 20 Rank 10 monsters, but if they only have 50 Spirit Power, they can only tame 5 Rank 10 monsters.

[•]Taming Talent:

While Spirit Power is important, a person's taming talent also plays a huge role in how powerful the monsters they can tame are. Taming talent limits the maximum rank of monsters a person can tame, and it is ranked from 1 to 20 as follows:

1-5: Bronze Tamer

6-10: Silver Tamer

11-15: Gold Tamer

16-20: Diamond Tamer

21 and above: Legendary Tamer

[•]Battle Power Scaling:

Battle Power shows how strong monsters are in a fight. The rarity of the monster (Normal, Elite, Excellent, Legendary) determines its base power. As the monster levels up, its power increases based on its rarity. Higher-ranked monsters have higher base power, and their power grows even more as they level up.

[•]Base Power of Each Rarity:

Normal Rank = Base Power 1

Elite Rank = Base Power 2

Excellent Rank = Base Power 4

Superior Rank = Base Power 8

Legendary Rank = Base Power 16

[•]How Leveling Affects Battle Power:

As monsters level up, their battle power multiplies based on their base power.

[•]For example:

Normal Rank 1 monster:

Base Power = 1

At Level 1, the monster has 1 Power.

At Level 2, the power becomes 2 (Base Power 1 × Level 2).

Elite Rank 1 monster:

Base Power = 2

At Level 1, the monster has 2 Power.

At Level 3, the power becomes 6 (Base Power 2 × Level 3).

Excellent Rank 1 monster:

Base Power = 4

At Level 1, the monster has 4 Power.

At Level 5, the power becomes 20 (Base Power 4 × Level 5).

Legendary Rank 1 monster:

Base Power = 16

At Level 1, the monster has 16 Power.

At Level 10, the power becomes 160 (Base Power 16 × Level 10)

[•]How Reality (Control) Affects Battle Power:

How a monster is used, plays a huge role in battle. A monster's base power and level give it potential, but control, tactics, and strategy determine how effectively it fights.

A higher-ranked monster can be defeated if its power isn't properly utilized or if it's caught off guard.

Even a Normal Rank 1 monster can win against a Legendary Rank 1 monster if used with the right strategy and tactics.

[•]Experience & Leveling System

[•]How a Monster Absorbs Spiritual Power to Level Up:

Monsters need to absorb Spiritual Energy from monster cores in order to level up. The spiritual power (SP) inside these cores is what provides the energy to break through and become stronger.

[•]How much Spiritual Power we gain:

Spiritual Power = Battle Power

The battle power of a monster is equal to the spiritual power (SP) that the monster gains from absorbing a monster core.

[•]Example:

Legendary Rank 1 Level 1 monster:

Battle Power = 16

Spiritual Power (SP) it gives = 16

The spiritual power (SP) gained from absorbing a core is the same as the monster's battle power.

[•]Spiritual Energy Needed to Level Up:

A monster needs 15 × the level it is breaking through × its rarity multiplier to level up.

Rarity Multipliers:

Normal = 1×

Elite = 2×

Excellent = 3×

Superior = 4×

Legendary = 5×

[•]Example Calculation:

✔ Normal Rank 1 to 2:

15 × 2 × 1 = 30 SP

✔ Normal Rank 2 to 3:

15 × 3 × 1 = 45 SP

✔ Elite Rank 1 to 2:

15 × 2 × 2 = 60 SP

✔ Elite Rank 2 to 3:

15 × 3 × 2 = 90 SP

✔ Excellent Rank 1 to 2:

15 × 2 × 3 = 90 SP

✔ Excellent Rank 2 to 3:

15 × 3 × 3 = 135 SP

✔ Legendary Rank 1 to 2:

15 × 2 × 5 = 150 SP

✔ Legendary Rank 2 to 3:

15 × 3 × 5 = 225 SP

✔ Legendary Rank 3 to 4:

15 × 4 × 5 = 300 SP

[•]Important Instructions:

Base Level ≠ Base Power

Base Level only determines how many maximum levels a monster can reach.

Base Power is the actual strength of a monster at a given rank and level.

[•]Battle Power = Spiritual Power = System Points (SP)

Battle Power refers to the strength of a monster, which is

equal to the spiritual power (SP) it absorbs from monster cores.

Spiritual Power (SP) is used to level up and is equivalent to System Points (SP) in this system.
