Alicia's pov:
In the city of Tækifæri plenty of snow on the ground. Since it's clean every day by a snow removal trucks, and only the road to maintain it. But I'll appreciate the cleaning unlike the town it's often to have a clear road. We really struggle to walk there but it all paid off when we reach this city.
Sister Isha told us the meaning of it, city of opportunities. I hope so, but judging by it's appearance and the people, it might have been true. I really like having friends, yet I thought with everyone but no. A few became true to me; that is Lance, Gabriel, and Jasmine. The two girls are close now while both of the boys really are.
-Why?! Ate Kristín I'll just stay here.- I said as I became to worry because I was about to go with the boys instead, and insert Lance. -Well there's nothing you can do, you'll have boredom here. Alicia, why didn't you go with the girlies earlier?- she asked as she is giving this customer lady a rebond hair while I am near sister/Ate Kristín.
-I didn't notice Ate Kris, it's that I was confused why they go outside in such a hurry. In this cold weather.- I was exaggerated, and she is done with her work, giving me a look and said, -Alicia, you can't go alone, it's too crowded. You might get lost in your way... That's the reason why you should be with your bróðir Cyrus and buy some groceries.-
After that Lance came to me with a smile on his face and showed me the list of groceries needed. Then I turn my head slowly to check those two buddies. Annoyance came straight through my mind when that blondie dyed boy looks at me with a smirk. I was disgusted, those eyes had intentions.
I turn back— thinking about my day have turned.
Outside we were wearing our jacket, and I was holding on to it in this cold weather. I was next to Lance this kid is the best to hangout with. Although he needs to know how to respect. We were side hugging eachother while walking, as those two buddies are laughing with their jokes. Okay, I finally view the signage, -Look Lance, it's Costco. Gonna cost a lot.- I giggled, when he did too.
Keizen turned back while walking, it's like a moonwalk thing. -Watch your step Kei.- I said, and he speaks with a smile on his face, -Ano tawag dun? Like you mastered all languages when you were just traveling? What do you call yourself, Alicia?- I didn't answer but his friend did, -Me, uhh— it's Ms/Mr Universe!- he said, -Let me teach you Kung Fu.- Keizen replied happily with the gestures he's having. He's funny, wait what? I mean he's annoying at the same time.
-Crazy idiot! Wait— it has cut when both of them I didn't expect said, -Crazy idiot?!?!- they laugh about it.
-Alicia do you have powers?- Cyrus asked as he turn to look at me, like do they even see what their step?? I even struggled with this sidewalk. It has ice and snow next to it making the sidewalks slippery.
-What about your parents, do they?- I had enough, and that's when Keizen turned back with a frown in his face. -It's your fault Alicia.- the kid beside me who starts to tease me. Did I say was wrong? Cyrus then come near and next to me, -Alicia.- he called, as I responded. -You know, I guess you never know. Back then when, you first saw us at the skatepark, you were the first to be friends with us.- he said.
Making me confused but I think Lance gets it, -Cyrus do you mean, you were bullied and the reason is you guys don't have a family.- he said, as the guy nodded, -Wow, sorry. I didn't know you were orphans.- I whispered.
He feels down to himself but Keizen seems mad. -For at least we are a family now. You guys were a part of it.- Lance said that it somehow is motivating.
We arrived but the night seems darker, as I took a glance at the stars in space, and loving how it feels like it's past our bed time. However I checked the time and it's 7 o'clock, well two hours before bedtime.
-Keizen, I'm sorry.- I said, as I walk next to him. He didn't look but said, -What's your powers?- as I didn't fully understand so I asked, -Huh? Can you repeat?- and he answered, -Powers do you have any?-

She crossed the line but apologised after. I understand she didn't know, the bad thing is when she knew.
I didn't know why when I'm next to her, my chest is pounding and I somehow smile. The reason why I need to find a way to let it all out. Laughing does, but not all the time therefore I hide it.
I know I don't have a chance when she already have Mark. It's fine but why does when I see them together I don't like it? Am I crazy? I should let them. My identity is far different from her. Right when we first met I feel the light atmosphere punch into us. With the means of her not knowing her powers yet is kind of confusing. A Engkanto who do not know how to use its power more like never use them. Is there something she's hiding? Her identity?
By the way I use green apple when it's about her in a conversation, to not be suspicious. However when I tell her my desire, and my past? Lalayo ba siya sakin? Her perspective about me will be different, maybe if I don't tell her? It will be alright but what if she might find out? Arghh this is kinda messy.

While I walk together with them, and Lance is pushing the cart as the two pick groceries from the list I somehow managed act cool and pretending to help them. "Wow a good friend but not a listener?" "Hey Willie, you understand what I told you earlier?" "Boss could be really mad if you don't obey." Yes, what did you told me earlier? "*Sighs Let be the guard with the kid forever, Willie." "That's all, I'm out." Wait why don't you use Cyrus instead? Why me? Hello?! Shit.
Now I have to do what I have to do... Or I don't want to go down again.
-Hey Lance.- I called as he looks with innocence in his eyes. -What?- he asked, -After this let's go to the vending machine outside and try them.- I said when his eyes widened in excitement. -Yeah Keizen, I would love to.- he answered. They don't deserve this.
We are now at the counter and checking out the items we take. I mean groceries, that we about to buy. -Cyrus, Me and Lance will go to the vending machine outside. Alright?- I said, as he replied, -Take this bag first, on your way.-
Seeing that an eco bag full of groceries are kinda heavy. I have to give Lance the other. We leave as we passed by a food court. Hurry to the entrance but as someone from outside open it for us. I kind of sense that this person aren't a living anymore. I was surprised, one of us? Fresh from the accident? He was a guy with orange hair foreigner. He's still kind but do not talk. Anymore?
Outside we stand in front of the vending machine, and Lance looks at me with a smile, and said, -Big bro I want the orange soda!- so I put my hands on my pocket, grabbing some coins I have. As I take it out I somehow compare it to the needed coin at the vending machine. It doesn't, -You supposed to be inserting 25 krona coins like 9 of them.- he said as he also pointed it out.
Man this is expensive, so I take out my coins and I only miss one. -Hey Lance do you have any in you? For at least one 25 coin?- I asked, as he reach out his pockets along with the jacket. And finally he takes out a 25 krona coin, -Yes! Let's get the orange one.- I said when I came near the vending machine and insert 9 of the 25 krona coin.
Lance is happy with his soda, one thing for sure is I have to tell him the truth. Which made me sad, we sat on the bench outside. We take off the snow in it, where this bench is next to the vending machine.
-Lance, do you miss your uncle? Señor Espen?- I asked, as he takes a sip of the orange soda. He answered, -Sí, por supuesto. Sí, Why?- he is a little confused and tilts his head. I sighed, -Evee since the war started, I've been thinking that your uncle is a hero.- therefore Lance understands and said, -Sí, he is. He is always been a hero, he's the one who raised me. Protecting me from an abusive household.-
I stopped for a moment, and thinking that my master abused me too. Wanting the beauty that I have is one of my regrets.
-Lance do you want to be with Señor Espen?- I asked, as he looks confused and questioned, -Sí, why?- and I show him my powers, by reaching out my hand and with those dark smoke it creates a weapon. -What's with that axe big bro?- he said, I can't do this. I threatened him with it that makes him stand up and step back. -H-huh? Why you pointing me that axe big bro?- he stuttered. -This is the only way for you to be together with your uncle, Lance. Tiwala lang.- I said, as I put my axe for an attack the last thing I saw was his eyes full of fear. -Keizen!- I heard a shout, it came from my friend.

Asher's point of view:
At 9 o'clock, I went to Costco, and it was dark I was curious of what's going on there. I came closer, and was shocked to see a teenager boy holding a weapon while the another was already on the ground bleeding. Coming to the scene, I talked to the teen boy who is still standing, but in his response he didn't dare to look at me and run past me. Looking like I don't have to see him crying, also his friend maybe? I talked to him, -Hey kid what happened?- I asked, -I don't know sir, I just came here.- he replied. I shrugged and said, -We should take him to the nearest hospital, fast.- as I'm about to check the boy on the ground if he is okay.
However the teen boy who is still standing with a hoodie same as mine said, -There's nothing we can do sir. The poison my friend gave is killing him.- with a guilty tone.
I came to look at the boy again with a big scar on his belly, as he is coughing with blood and with his nonstop tears coming out of his eyes. His head was smoking, wait. I saw this sign and I've know the history of it; it was a mark made by demons. But I have to make a decision, -Go away, kid. Leave this boy alone. Leave.- I said without any look at his face. -Uh yeah, I should get going.- he said and leaves like nothing happened.
I asked the boy one last question hoping to get an answer, -Who are you, boy?- and he replied, -Lance— I'm Lance Canyon. Please I didn't expect this— Señor Espen I'm sorry. Alicia— he said as he took his last breath and didn't finished his sentence. Tears came out of my face, as I didn't expect this to happened. Few of the people came to us and asked if we needed help but I told them to take the boy to the hospital and make him a funeral, I'll pay. Time of death... 09:58pm.
Afterwards he got sent there, but I stayed because I am going to Costco to get some soda from the vending machine. It feels like nothing happened, I... I knew my friend Señor Espen, and he did mention my daughter. Maybe he is her friend. But I am sorry for the kid he didn't deserve that.
I now stood in front of the vending machine as I reach my hand to insert coins, I likely want some 7 up here. To make me feel better, I take it as I saw a bench and sit there. It's insane that I still cry, I don't have any relation to that boy but damn. To witness is to grieve.
I stare at the parking lot and those stars in the sky, and soon I heard that someone is leaving the store but in a hurry? Wait I recognise her, I didn't hesitate to call, -Alicia! Alicia! Right here!- I shouted, and she turn around as a response. Got teary eyed again, as she came running to me and giving a hug that has been missing forever.
After the hug, and we looked at eachother but I was confused why she looks scared, did she got jumpscared? -Alicia, what happened?- I asked, and she responded, -I... There are people who are dead inside?! Maybe three of them, dad! I don't know— but it's haunting me.- she kinda freaked out, and I try to calm her down with me thinking about how? But I may think Alicia ain't lying.
I wanted to know if what I saw from those Astronauts squad are real. So put my hand on her shoulder and asked, -Alicia, could you tell me what you saw?- as she is still recovering from trauma, -I-I saw Charles.- she replied, and from that the realization hit me; I was right. -Alicia, it's been a long time since you saw your brother... I'm sorry.- I said, as her face becomes serious and said, -I talk to this lady and she seems normal, dad. She said her friends are fine.-
Another correct answer hits me, -Wait, did she mention her name? Or her friends?- I asked, -No, dad. I didn't ask for it since I got scared and run away.- she replied. Out of this topic is I want to ask her if she knew Lance, he did mention her... But I don't want her to get in shock, might get stressed. Maybe it's better to not tell her.
-Dad, what are you doing here anyway?- she asked, and at that moment I offered her a seat on the bench, since we've been standing for hours. I answered, -You know, the was is coming to an end. But my mission here is to find the Astronauts squad.- and she got curious about it, -Astronauts squad? Who are they?- she asked.
Maybe I didn't tell her about it, since I've been busy working that day. -Wait, dad. Are they the famous Astronauts? Traveling through this Lunar system?- she said, waiting for the correct answer. I nodded, as she got a smile on her face, -Dad, how are they? Didn't heard from that since last year? They just disappeared.- she questioned.
I was about to answer but then I heard a footsteps and sense of someone is walking past here. I was surprised to see them, standing right at us, -This is them now, Alicia.- I answered. It resulted to her hugging my arms, so tight. I don't know how to protect her from them, since they were a ghost except one.
