Rael stared at her for a moment, then sat down, a puzzled look on his face.
It was nice that she was down to tell him about something, but what was the reason she was even telling him in the first place?
Still, with his curiosity at an all-time high, he waited for her to speak up, until finally, she did.
"Have you ever heard of the Supreme Beast?" she asked.
Rael nodded instantly, and so she continued:
"Okay, so that being was one of the main people to oppose The One Beyond Time. It was also the reason why the shattering happened, since when The One Beyond Time died, the amount of mana he released created several dozen universes."
She tilted her head.
"Each universe had a being similar to The One Beyond Time, so the multiverse kept expanding infinitely. However, if what you said was the truth, then that means the being who was responsible for the shattering actually survived it."
"Or maybe..." Anastasia looked him up and down, a curious expression appearing on her face.
