Rael felt like he was going to vomit.
The food looked so good.
Meat skewers with some kind of sauce.
But that sauce tasted so bland, Rael was sure these guys didn't use salt.
[Salt is unhealthy. People can enjoy food without having to risk heart disease,] Gaia replied.
He sensed a bit of mockery in her tone.
You know... I might not be some health expert, but salt is only bad for you if you overdo it. A little bit in a dish is fine, Rael said.
Gaia simply scoffed and stopped replying to him.
Rael was a little bit offended, but even so, he finished the rest of his meat skewers and turned to Anna, who was thoroughly enjoying the dish with a smile on her face.
At least someone likes it...
After just a few more minutes, both of them finished eating, and although Anna wanted a little more, Rael insisted that they needed to get going in case the Ancient Primordials were on their ass.
Since if they really were... he didn't want to put all these people in danger.
